Evangelism, Church Planting
and Church Growth was
discussed during the 51st
Mindanao Convention of
Churches of Christ held last
April 2-4, 2015 at Camp
Bulatukan, Makilala, Cotabato.
6. Convention Executive Committee
appealed to all conveners,
individual Christians who loved
the Lord to get involved in this
sacred calling by supporting
Church Planting Mission first and
foremost through prayers.
7. The church is to be the means of
the final achievement of God’s
eternal purpose: “in order that the
manifold wisdom of God might
now be made known through the
church”(Ephesians 3:10)“God has
seen fit to make his people
partners in the world
redemption.”
8. During the 51st
convention at
Camp Bulatukan, Makilala,
Cotabato Mindanao Church
of Christ Profile was
presented.

Our purpose is to glorify God
by advancing Church Planting
Mission in Mindanao that is
multiplying churches and
disciples through the
transforming power of the
gospel.
12. Through this movement we are
seeking to advance God's
kingdom in word and in deed
over every sphere of life by
raising up churches in our
region that share a passion for
the glory of God in his church.
14. MISSIONMISSION
Mindanao Church Planting Mission
of Churches of Christ Inc. , exist
to strategically set out Church
Planters/Missionaries and raise up
indigenously led self-sustaining,
reproducing Christians and local
churches in targeted provinces in
Mindanao.

by three (3) church planters with
three (3) years contract.

22. OFFICERS FUNCTIONS
A. Board of Trustees:
The corporate powers of the association
shall be exercised, its business conducted
and its property by the Board of Trustees.
B. President:
1. To manage and supervise the business
affairs of the association.
23. 2. To implement the administrative
and
operational policies of the association
as resolved by the Board of Trustees.
3. To represent the association at
all activities and objectives of the
association.
24. 4. To execute all contracts,
agreements and commitments
of the corporation entered into
by the Board of Trustees.
5. To oversee the preparation
of the budget and the
statements of accounts of the
association.
25. 6. To preside and submit reports
as the meetings of the Board of
Trustees and members.
7. To perform such other duties
as may be directed by the Board
of Trustees.
26. C. Vice President- The vice
president shall have such powers
and duties as the board may from
time to time prescribe.
D. Secretary:
The Secretary shall exercise the
following functions:
27. 1. To record the minutes and
resolutions in all membership
and trustees meetings and
maintain corporate books in
the such form and manner
required by law.
28. 2. To keep the membership
book and records of the
association, and affix the
corporate seal to all official
documents requiring the same.
29. 3. To give or send
notices of the association
required by law and these
by-laws.
30. 4. To determine the
existence of a quorum in
any meeting of the
members and the Board
of Trustees.
31. 5. To perform such
other duties as may be
assigned to him by the
President or the Board
of Trustees.
32. E. Treasurer-
The Treasurer shall have the
following functions:
1. To keep full and accurate
accounts of the funds, receipts and
disbursements in the books of the
association.
33. 2. To deposit in the name and to
the credit of the association, in
such bank as may be designated by
the Board of Trustees, all the
funds, money, securities and
valuable effects of the association.
34. 3. To render an annual statements
showing the financial condition of
the association and other financial
reports to the President and
Board of Trustees, as well as,
proper government agencies.
35. 4. To perform such other duties
and functions as may be assigned
to him by the Board of Trustees.
36. F. AUDITOR:
The Auditor shall audit the books of
the association and prepare the annual
balance Sheet and Profit and Loss
Statements. He shall submit his audit
Report in time for annual members
meeting.
