Rhonda is a 27 year veteran of the Toronto Real
Estate Industry. Putting together a background of
business and retail management, Rhonda is a creative
thinker who excels in communication, marketing and
closing/negotiating skills.
Working with her life and real estate partner Perry,
Rhonda is in charge of much of the client
communications and marketing execution. Using her
flair for decorating, she assists sellers in the important
aspect of staging the home.
Family is important to Rhonda, she is a proud mother
and grandmother. Home is where the family gathers,
getting the right home is such an important choice,
having the right agent makes that journey and choice
much easier.

Perry is a 27 year veteran of the Toronto Real Estate Industry.
Listing and selling homes and condominiums throughout the city,
Perry has gained a reputation for professional service and obtaining
winning results.
A Ryerson graduate, Perry commenced an executive career with
Bell Canada and Philips Electronics (Scientific Equipment Division) in
technical sales and & marketing. This career took him across
Canada spanning 15 years. From this executive career, Perry
learned the art of complex sales transactions and analytical process,
both have become main-stay's of his Real Estate career. Perry
excels in the preparation and application of legal process associated
with the sale and purchase of Real Estate, an integral part of today's
complex industry.
Active in the communities he serves, Perry has coached minor
hockey, is an avid athlete replacing his younger years love and
talents for football with golf, biking and a passion for the BBQ.
Perry's business today is significantly centered on a referral basis.

Life's journey brought us back to them with a need for professional representation to deal with an
estate sale of my parents' home. Coming from a family of seven siblings - I was able to assure the clan
