This document proposes a membership management platform called Pack that would function like the "iTunes for Memberships". It would allow merchants to easily set up membership systems and manage customers, while providing users a streamlined way to access and download memberships on their smartphones globally. The target markets are merchants looking for a membership solution and smartphone users who enjoy retail shopping. Revenue would come from monthly merchant subscriptions after a certain member threshold, and value-added services. An acquisition strategy is outlined to grow customers and merchants in the first 6 months before a full app rollout. Potential risks like competition are addressed, as well as a team, costs, and eventual exit strategy through acquisition.
