This document discusses Logic Apps, an enterprise-grade integration platform from Microsoft for building workflows and connecting applications and services. It provides an overview of key Logic Apps concepts including being serverless, orchestrating workflows, and connecting to over 150 services through connectors. Examples are given of how Logic Apps can be used to build workflows to collect customer feedback via SMS and integrate various applications and protocols in a serverless manner through its workflow definition language.
