• Store identifies the requirements
• Store communicates the Purchase Requisition through SAP
• HO identifies the vendor and in turn raises the purchase order
• HO sends the PO to vendor and as well to the Store
• Vendors fulfill the order for the concerned PO store
• Goods received at store are checked against the PO received from HO
• Verification of goods for damage, if any
• Updation of inventory for MeGo and MyGo process
