Occurrence:
Today around 13:00, Received a call from HK manager Mr. Eric that while they were cleaning villa-3, they
have discovered some damages as there was one burn mark on one sofa which costs (700 AED) and one
round marble table at the bar area got broken which costs (3000 AED).
Action:
Photos have been taken.
DE & HK manager have estimated the cost for those damages ( 3700 AED for both)
DM has been informed accordingly to charge the guest.
IR has been raised.
Conclusion:
 The guest of villa-3 will be charged 3700 AED by DM for the above mentioned damages as
the cost has been estimated by DE and HK manager.
