4. Later on, in 2000, Pamela Zalubowski joined Chrysler
Corporation, an automotive company in Kenosha, WI. She
joined the company as a production control specialist and
managed all new product lines such as line retools, pilot builds,
and launching new products. Due to her excellent performance,
she was promoted as Manufacturing Engineering launch
specialist. She tracked the progress of projects and
communicated the status of projects to all functional areas
inside as well as outside the plant. After three years, she
became Production Control Planning and Timing Supervisor
and was responsible for supervising BOM specialists,
Scheduling and Outbound product shipments. In 2008, she was
promoted again and became Material Handling Supervisor. She
was the front line supervisor for shipping, receiving, and
production areas. After working for Chrysler Corporation for
10 years, she is now working as Contract Supervisor in
machining for Harley Davidson, an American motorcycle
company.
