graph online display of the up-to-date evolution for

This implementation makes it possible to record multiple readings (daily/monthly/etc.) that will provide a continuous data inflow that point at trends which can
subsequently be used to assess if progress is on track (or not) with the previously defined goal. Basically, it enables an online monitoring of events as well as an
assessment of the impact of adopted measures so that, once data is analyzed, timely and proactive counter-measures can be taken, if necessary, before any
potential problems can arise.
In other words, the proposed solution will provide the online means to form a perception concerning a specific subject/event/problem and display follow-up charts.
These can be incorporated in dashboards and barometers and used to monitor benchmarks derived from the various responses. This is the ultimate
monitoring/feedback tool, rooted in a “democratic online poll system”, which can support future management decisions!

The example shown in the previous slide provides an overview of the usage capabilities of our solution. By regularly collecting citizen’s opinions, you can easily
pinpoint aspects that are not doing well. The green line, reflecting the favorable opinions, is decreasing and the red line, reflecting the negative opinions, is growing.
The mechanism that translates the received answers into graphs allows an easy overview of trends. In this case we can see the growing dissatisfaction of citizens
with the state of roads, signaling a matter that should be accounted for. The simple perception/observation that there is an arising problem is halfway to the solution.
In this case (relates to July) the solution was able to help beak-down the problem, define corrective measures and keep on monitoring the evolution of opinions and
the success rate/impact of implemented measures.
It should be stressed that the analysis of the graphic evolution of records allows you to act proactively or even correctively in specific situations, before they reach
the full proportions of problem.
