Strategic Vision
 Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer
 True digital with LCD display PIC Micro controller based
technology. Developed in-house and very rugged, reliable
& field proven
 In 6 months, will migrate to the next level of technology
already under development process, which is based on DSP
with energy meter, RTC, Ethernet communication extra
features instead of Microcontroller .
 We shall also offer optionally in-built harmonic filters to
take power conditioning to the next level.
 This would facilitate increase in market share in Gujarat to
reach sales of Rs. 20 Crore annually.

Strategic Vision
 PWM-IGBT based Static Voltage Stabilizer
 True static stabilizer with AC-AC conversion technology using PWM control
and IGBT power module.
 High dynamic response opens a major application domain for UPS by-pass
line configuration. This application has high potential in domestic as well as
world market.
 High merit for machine tool segment especially on CNC machines &
automation segment due to its unparallel advantage of substantially
reduced maintenance cost of expensive machine controllers.
 Must for virgin segment of costly white goods, air-conditioning & high-end
audio & video systems for home & office segment.
 The product has an edge, almost a monopolistic situation to capture large
potential. Sales in 1st
year can exceed Rs. 15 Crore on a very conservative
estimate.
 Export Potential is also large and importers from various countries have
shown interest and offered positive feedback.
Strategic Vision
 Online UPS
 Presently SUVIK is doing Value Added Resellers (VAR) job
 UPS development with support of in-house R&D with additional
investment.
 I Phase single phase 1 KVA to 5 KVA,
 II Phase single phase 5 KVA to 25 KVA,
 III Phase 3-1 configuration
 IV Phase 3-3 configuration.
 UPS manufacturing would significantly integrate & enhance our product
offering. This would facilitate further sprucing up market share.
 Single phase UPS systems up to 25 KVA will provide opportunity for
sales of Rs. 20 Crore in the 1st
year of launch.
 VAR for other UPS configurations can also achieve additional sales of
Rs. 20-25 Crore
 TAM (Total Available Market) in India for UPS is Rs. 7000 Crore out of
which Single phase UPS is more than Rs. 2000 Crore.

Strategic Vision
 AC Drives
 Suvik is a VAR for Hyundai inverter modules which are acceptable
with trouble-free performance.
 Hyundai landed cost not favourable with Drives imported from
China. Cheaper Drives from China is building market share, but
major OEMs still prefer Drives from recognised manufacturers
 A Supplier from China is already identified with duly tested
inverters
 The Drives provide high potential but it has a longer gestation for
market development & customer (OEM) acceptance.
 Suvik’s strength is offering different motion control and automation
solutions for all kinds of different industry and different
applications including energy saving with Drives
Strategic Vision
 Small Motors & Gear Heads
 We are Distributors - import and resell in Indian
market
 Good market potential specifically in automation
segments.
 Major player in India is from Japan i.e. Panasonic &
Oriental
 DKM, Korea product is reliable.
