  means to pass through or to meet. And Fuse stands for Fusion or mix.
  Combined together it represents a Fusion of different meeting points. And the
  same can be correlated to our industry – Human resource.
• Where at every point of time there is always a need and requirement of Talent
  waiting to get associated with the right sort of organization
• With every organization having its own different requirements and with every

Who We Are…
• CrossFuse is a young entity formed in late 2011. But the experience behind
  the promoters and owners is vast as they have spent enough time in the
  industry to understand its functionality and provide a healthy service
  platform.
• Over the years Indian economy has provided quantum of opportunities in
  terms of Human Resource amongst various industrial sectors, but with this
  fast pace, it becomes difficult for the organizations to reach out to the right
  talent at the right time and for the candidates too, its tuff to be abreast about
  the opportunities.
• Identifying this gap between Need and Want, CrossFuse lays its vision to be
  bridge between the two and create a right fusion of Talent & Opportunities
  through its servicing.
