Strengths
Our strengths were we had many ideas for the story
line to start with, and were then able to pick one. Also
because we know each other quite well, so we were
comfortable working together. We spent a lot of time
on ‘genre’ research, so we were able to get key
conventions of our chosen genre (horror) included in
                      our sequence.
Also we used social networks very well to
communicate on what work needed to be done
between us. We spent many hours on filming our
piece after school; this took a lot of commitment and
                       dedication.
Weaknesses
Our main weakness was time keeping, we spent a
lot of time filming and had very little time to edit,
this prevented our editor (Sunraj) from perfecting
the editing to the best of his ability. Also we
sometimes found it hard to communicate as a
group and found ourselves getting frustrated when
things went wrong, but in the end we got the work
              done and resolved things.
Opportunities
Unlike most schools we had excellent
resources/equipment provided by our schools
  media department, including high quality
video cameras, tripods and apple Mac laptops.
This made our work easier as the equipment
           was of a high standard.
Threats
We had limited space when using the lift and
this made it harder to do point of view as it
was a small area of space. And also because
we were filming in school occasionally
cleaners and teachers walked by in-between
scenes which meant we had to re do some
               parts of a scene.
