5. 4. Writer submits content in Dropbox > Writer’s
folder and notifies CM
5. CM proofreads content for spelling, grammar,
content relevance, and other requirements
 If content does not pass QA, CM notifies writer in
eLance to discuss how to improve content
 If necessary, CM sends content to client for approval

6. CM saves content in Dropbox > Client folder and
