timely content

5. 4. Writer submits content in Dropbox > Writer’s
folder and notifies CM
5. CM proofreads content for spelling, grammar,
content relevance, and other requirements
If content does not pass QA, CM notifies writer in
eLance to discuss how to improve content
If necessary, CM sends content to client for approval
Process goes back to Step 4
6. CM saves content in Dropbox > Client folder and
notifies Mark’s team for publishing
