Assumptions:
Revenue Sharing Partnership
• All risk is assumed by Acceptio.
• Referral partner is fully committed to supporting and assisting in marketing our
products & services to your client base.
• Acceptio will handle all marketing efforts including landing pages, email, direct
mailers, inserts, etc.
• Acceptio will handle all sales and customer support.
• All marketing and sales initiatives will be mutually agreed upon before taking
action.
• You will be paid for the life of the customer account.
• You will receive reports monthly detailing our progress, total revenue from
clients, referral commissions (calculations).
• End of each month your monthly commissions are ACH’d into the bank of your
choice.

Monthly Residual Example
Assumptions:
• 100 Clients or Customers of yours
• 25% Conversion Rate
• 25 New Acceptio merchant processing clients
• Business - $250,000 or more annually
Recurring Monthly Commissions
• 25 account x $80 monthly account residual commissions.
• Result: $2000 a month or $24,000 a year.
• Year 2 – add another 25 clients…results in $48,000 a year.
• Results may vary based on amount of processing, conversion rates and product
penetration…so this could be a much larger number.

Goal:
• 10% Conversion Rate
• Minimum of 25 accounts signed and processing.
Bonus:
• $100 Upfront Bonus for each account signed and processing
