4. Rape
Forced or non-consensual sexual intercourse.
Different types of rape are
statutory rape
spousal rape
date rape
5. Sexual abuse
Any form of non-consensual contact (from an adult
towards a child) of a sexual nature.
Includes improper touching, molestation and forced
sexual intercourse.
6. Sexual Battery
Intentional touching or hitting of another person
against his or her will.
Includes molestation, fondling or forced sexual
intercourse.
Equivalent to rape in some states.
7. Indecent Exposure
Causing offense or alarm by the purposeful exposing
of one's genitalia or breasts in public.
Does not include breastfeeding in public.
Do not apply in places where nudity is accepted.
8. Child Molestation
Any sexual interaction between an adult and a child,
particularly a child under the age of 14.
May occur in the home environment or by a person
in a position of trust with the child.
