Nagasiva Marrapu is a banking professional with about 11 years of experience in infrastructure
project finance, corporate banking, trade finance and cross-selling treasury/foreign exchange
products. He has experience in relationship management, credit analysis, financial modelling,
debt syndication, credit risk, credit administration and operations. His last job was with IDBI
Bank as Assistant General Manager in corporate banking.
He is an MBA (Banking), CAIIB, FRM, DTIRM (treasury, investment management), DIBF

Rishi Dhariwal is a banking professional with expertise in sales, credit risk and operational risk
management in commercial banking. He has 16 years of experience during which he has
substantially contributed to business strategy development and execution, process re-engineering,
control systems and business turnaround management. Rishi last worked as Vice President at Citi
India.

Viplove Chaturvedi is a career banker with diverse experiences stretching from Fixed Income on
one end to Corporate Finance & SME credit on the other. A probationary officer of State Bank
group 1998 batch, he has worked through major functional areas across various branches in India
and was posted to Osaka-Japan in the year 2002. Viplove has been with Axis Bank since end 2005
and last worked as AVP-International Banking at the Central Office handling credit portfolio of the
foreign offices of the Bank.
Vaibhav Khandelwal is a finance professional with over seven years of international experience in
client management, revenue generation and post-merger integration. He has worked with large
commercial clients structuring trade finance and working capital solutions and recently worked on
integration of ABN AMRO commercial and institutional clients into RBS. Prior to working with ABN
AMRO Asia in Singapore he worked in The Netherlands managing fund raising for large
international not for profit.
Pankaj Sachdev has 9 years of experience in managing core systems transformation and delivering
IT-enabled business solutions within the banking domain. Before joining the PGPX program, Pankaj
was part of the ICT-Business Solutions Group at ABN AMRO (ACES) where he delivered solutions in
Client Administration and Liquidity Management domains for the bank’s Transaction Banking IT
initiatives. Prior to this role, he led the systems integration of Payments and Cash Management
business for Citigroup's corporate banking implementations (“Flexcube” core banking solution
rollout) across 10 countries in the EMEA region.
Pankaj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Mumbai University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in
Software Engineering. He is interested in product management and strategy roles in the corporate banking domain.

Pavan Rangachar is a Chartered Accountant with 10 years of experience in business finance,
financial management, modelling and business development. In his last assignment with Tata
Communications, he managed Business Finance in Singapore and handled strategic planning,
valuation, capital review and financial monitoring of multi-million dollar telecom infrastructure
projects. He also led transition and integration initiatives in M&A transactions. Prior to this, he
managed a $40MM trade portfolio in multiple currencies at Tionale Enterprises, Singapore, with
clients across ASEAN and Europe. He started his career in Audit & Advisory Services at Ernst &
Young, Chennai.
At IIMA, Pavan has undertaken courses in M&A, Corporate Restructuring, Private Equity, Fixed Income Markets, Legal
Strategy, etc and is interested in corporate finance, project finance, private equity and corporate banking.
Vikram Batra has had 14 years of experience in financial management, corporate finance and
strategic planning in large multinational corporations. He was the Head of Corporate Finance for
an investment company in the Middle East and involved in deal structuring, valuation and
appraisals for investments in the verticals of hospitality, real estate and healthcare. Prior to this he
was the Finance Controller for British American Tobacco where he led the strategic planning and
corporate restructuring initiatives for the MENA region. He started his career with Procter &
Gamble (India) as a financial analyst.
He has a PGDM from IIM Bangalore and a BTech. (Mechanical Engg) from IIT Madras.
Harsh Goyal has extensive experience in the insurance industry and has implemented risk
management systems resulting in reduction of underwriting losses. Over a 11-year career, he has
implemented insurance systems for more than 10 US based insurance companies. He
supplemented his Bachelor of Electronics Engineering degree with a Certificate in General
Insurance from the prestigious American Institute of Chartered Property and Casualty
Underwriters.
Harsh is interested in corporate finance and transaction advisory services in the banking industry and has specialized in
course in Fixed Income Markets, M&A, Private Equity, etc at IIMA.
Ravishankar Savita has competence in performing valuation and financial analysis for M&A,
restructuring and buyouts. He has understanding of structuring a transaction and managing the
deal cycle. During his 8 years career in high technology industry, he has worked on designing
analytical models for revenue forecasting and industry benchmarking and developed deep insights
in its value drivers. He has Bachelors degree from IIT Kharagpur and general management
certification from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Ravi has specialized in several finance courses at IIMA such as Real Estate, M&A, Corporate Restructuring, Fixed Income
Markets, and Financial Statement Analysis. He is keenly interested in corporate finance and transaction advisory
services in investment banking.
