When a product is cancelled by a customer before shipping, you can check your orders in the
cancelled stage

Select More and click on Cancelled from the dropdown list – Here, you can view your orders cancelled by
the customer as well as you

When an order is cancelled by a customer after shipping, you can check it in the Returns Before
Delivery stage

Click on the Returns tab
Click on the Returns before delivery tab to check the orders which have been cancelled before the delivery

Click on the select filter to apply the status filter

Note – You can raise a ticket for Return before delivery POD (proof of delivery) within 10 days from the date of Return before
delivery marked. Ticket raised beyond 10 days from the date will not be entertained.

Return Initiated - When a customer requests for a return while the product is in transit, you’ll be able to see the

Pending - We have started working
on your initiated request
In-process - The request has been
approved and the amount will be
credited to your bank account within 5
business days
Paid – the claim amount has been
credited in your account

to return delivered
