2. HowtodownloadthePaytmMallSellerapp?
Open Play Store from your android
mobile phone
Type in ‘Paytm Mall Store Manager’ in
the search bar
You can download the Paytm Mall Seller app in these simple steps:

Tap on Install to download the app The Paytm Mall Seller app will be
downloaded in your phone

Choose your language Enter your credentials and click on
Login
To login to Paytm Mall seller app, open the seller app and follow these steps:
Tap on Continue

5. Howcanyouviewyourprofile?
Tap on your email ID to view your profile Bank details -
Tap here to view your bank details and KYC
document details
To view your profile, follow these steps:
Personal details -
Tap here to view your basic details and
address
Note - You cannot change any detail on your own. If you want to change any detail, you will be needed to raise a query

6. Howcanyouviewyourprofile?
• Tap on Logo & Sign
• Tap on Upload Logo to upload the
logo of your company/brand/store
• Tap on Upload Signature to upload
your digital signature

Here, you can see the new orders receivedTap on the Home Tab Here, you can check the quantity of your
out of stock products

Here, you can view your Payments
overview directly on the home page
Tap to view the detailed information
regarding the Top Selling products

View the graphical representation of your
total sales in a month
View the graphical representation of the
total orders received in a month
View the graphical representation of your
business summary

View the graphical representation of the
total returns in a month
View the graphical representation of the total
cancellations in a month with the percentage of
reason behind the same
Tap on this icon to check new notifications

11. Howtocheckhomepage?
The Updates Tab will show all the latest
happenings in your app
The Message Tab will show all the
messages/news sent by Paytm Mall

Tap on Seller Support Choose the sub-category
To raise a ticket, follow these steps-
Tap on the respective category
E.g. Listing and Catalogue

Read the instructions carefully Fill in all the required details and
upload attachments
(if applicable)

Tap on any Ticket ID to check the status Tap on the ‘All’ dropdown button to check
the status of your tickets
To check the history/status of your ticket, follow these steps:

To edit your account settings, follow these steps:

17. If you want to log out from the app, you
need to tap on Logout
