Help entrepreneurs transition from “Owner-Doer” to “Owner Manager” to “Owner Investor” by creating best practices, high functioning teams, and increasing the leadership level of key people on the team.
- Define your personal, professional, and financial goals. On a 1 to 10 scale, how important are these goals to you? What are you willing and not willing to give up in pursuit of these goals? What emotions are involved if you’re not able to achieve these goals? Importance of focused intentionality What experience and skills are needed to achieve these goals When considering future opportunities, ask if they align and move you closer or further from these goals
