Enable serial console for the machine:
Connect VM from “Port 3”

2. After enter into SAC console, you can use “?” for check available commands...

3. Use “cmd” to start a new command session...

4. After session created, you can use “ch -sn [session name]” to switch into the session...

5. After connect in, you can press enter to goto login page:
You can use “Create or reset Windows password” for renew password...

6. And enter the user and password into login page and you will got the windows command line
prompt if success...
After everything success, you can do any troubleshooting in the connected console...
