PeopleWiz collaborated with a leading Indian Cybersecurity Company, to create an
effective Organization Design in line with the company’s growth strategy
Driven by the digitization of the country's business environment and the Digital India mission, the
Indian cybersecurity market is expected to rise from USD 1.97 billion in 2019 to USD 3.05 billion by
2022 – a CAGR of 15.6 per cent - almost 1.5 times the global rate. The leadership was keen on
evaluating the current organization structure in light of the preparedness for future growth and also to
inspire performance at all levels. Additionally articulation of cogent performance measures were
needed to build a foundation of performance culture.
Business Challenge
Organization Design:
•PeopleWiz consultants conducted extensive organizational diagnosis. Roles holders and stake holders
were interviewed with the objective of identifying and understanding success indicators, value
propositions, history, employee profiles and business challenges.
•Comprehensive external research was carried out to gain a perspective on the best Organizational
practices in Cybersecurity product companies.
•A new organization design was recommended that will enable the future business strategy and ensure
that organization reaches its potential. Large scale communication of the new structure was managed
by PeopleWiz consultants and a consensus was built across the entire leadership team on the way
forward.
•Performance Management Framework:
•PeopleWiz developed the framework on the core concepts of Transparency, Alignment &
Collaboration, Measurement and Correction. The objective of the recommended Performance
Management Philosophy & Framework was to encourage ambitious goal and converge all efforts to
realize the Organizational Vision .

PeopleWiz collaborated with a leading Indian Cybersecurity Company, to create an effective Organization Design in line with the company’s growth strategy Driven by the digitization of the country's business environment and the Digital India mission, the Indian cybersecurity market is expected to rise from USD 1.97 billion in 2019 to USD 3.05 billion by 2022 – a CAGR of 15.6 per cent - almost 1.5 times the global rate. The leadership was keen on evaluating the current organization structure in light of the preparedness for future growth and also to inspire performance at all levels. Additionally articulation of cogent performance measures were needed to build a foundation of performance culture. Roles holders and stake holders were interviewed with the objective of identifying and understanding success indicators, value propositions, history, employee profiles and business challenges. •Comprehensive external research was carried out to gain a perspective on the best Organizational practices in Cybersecurity product companies. •A new organization design was recommended that will enable the future business strategy and ensure that organization reaches its potential. Large scale communication of the new structure was managed by PeopleWiz consultants and a consensus was built across the entire leadership team on the way forward. •Performance Management Framework: •PeopleWiz developed the framework on the core concepts of Transparency, Alignment & Collaboration, Measurement and Correction. The objective of the recommended Performance Management Philosophy & Framework was to encourage ambitious goal and converge all efforts to realize the Organizational Vision .
