Tourism is an important business for Botetourt County. The key objective is to enhance services and opportunities for the tourism industry to encourage its success. This will be accomplished by hosting workshops on topics like entrepreneurship and hospitality to develop new tourism products, setting a good example, and working with regional partners on efforts such as wine trails, water trails, and promoting the Appalachian Trail.
