We work to increase demand for American wind power, create jobs and investment in the U.S. economy, and lead the clean energy revolution.
Wind power brings tens of billions of dollars a year in private investment to rural and Rust Belt America. It gives farmers and ranchers a new cash crop, pays for roads and schools, and creates new U.S. factory jobs. It's also one of the biggest, fastest, cheapest ways to cut pollution.
Electricity from wind costs two-thirds less than in 2009, so it saves U.S. consumers on their energy bills. Wind generates enough electric power for 20 million homes today. It can be the largest source of electricity in America by mid-century.
