retention levels

The role:

To Develop and Manage Corporate client accounts within the London and surrounding area’s
Establish and build upon a personal network of introducers and referral streams
Ensure all business is handled compliantly and inline with both company and FSA regulations
Cross sell other divisions
Assist with development and management of Account Handlers and other staff

To succeed in the role you should have:

Ideally you will have solid experience within the Corporate Insurance markets (UK)
Experience of developing a personal portfolio of clients
Qualification to DIP CII level is desirable

The Rewards:

Senior Private Client Account
                                                                Executive (HNW/UHNW)
The company:

Our client are a national brokerage with an exceptional reputation for client service and innovative coverage solutions
to their clients. Their client led approach is at the core of their business allowing you to place business where you want
to place it rather than being placed on commission points.

The role:

Developing and Managing a profitable portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients across a set geographical region
Developing strong internal relationships with other core operating divisions
Actively attending client visits and trade shows
Liaising with Development Underwriters and Key external stakeholders
implementing a network of introducers to enhance production levels including IFA’s, Wealth Managers and Trade
referrers

To succeed in the role you should have:

Ideally you will have solid experience within the HNW and UHNW Insurance markets (UK)
Experience of developing a personal portfolio of clients

Our highly recognisable client are currently looking to add a Branch Broking Director to their senior management team
in the south west to manage the day to day operations of the Bristol office
The Role:

Manage the growing team of staff (20+) on a daily basis
Work closely with the senior management team on strategic acquisitions and the integration of them
Develop a personal portfolio of Commercial clients
Implement the Group Broking Strategy on all business placed both personally and by the team
Manage HR and General Branch issues
Participate in Group projects as required
Liaise with the senior management team to ensure the Branch is run effectively
