It is Joe's view that sales training must be 20% classroom, and 80% field training. Typically, Joe's initial field training includes 5-7 sales calls per day with the sales person as an observer (behavior modeling); in later sessions the sales person makes the sales call and Joe provides feedback. A sales management workshop is also offered to help support sales training follow-up.
