first step to contributing to the whole

   true to ourselves and
allowing Phi Sigma Sigma
to help us grow as Although we know that

Phi Sigma Sigma
                Core Values
                Core Values
Life long learning- encourage to make the most at
our colleges and communities
Inclusiveness- We seek and include women of all
backgrounds and perspectives. We embrace all of
our differences
Leadership through service- We believe that a
woman who serves is also a woman who leads.
to sum it up
The role of values in the SCM not only persists to enlarge leadership among
organizations but to seek different leadership among all individuals. Hence why
leadership can be taught not only among those holding positions but also all
those that are committed to the organization and have the ability and urge to
give back.

The hungers and distinctions both set up guidelines and show values behind
intricate knowledge of leadership that is needed in our new commons today.

Although all organizations hold different values and have a variety of ethical
perspectives the SCM describes these values and perspectives to be similar in
some aspect because no matter what we are a part of we are trying to make
the world we live in essentially better for us and those around us.
