Chef Lokesh Mathur has over 26 years of experience in the hotel industry and food teaching. He has received several awards and certifications for his Indian cuisine, including a gold medal at the Middle East Food Exhibition in 1998. Chef Mathur has worked with luxury hotels around the world, including in Dubai, Bahrain, Malaysia, and India. He now offers cooking classes in Jaipur teaching both Indian regional cuisines as well as international cuisines like Lebanese, Mexican, and Italian foods.
