My name is Philipp Dupuis and I am a professional marketer.
I am now 55, and have been shuffling along, in search of financial independence, in the knowledge

1. Virtual or crypto -currency
The first crypto-currency was Bitcoin, which was launched in 2009
Other virtual currencies later appeared, such as the:
Litecoin, Peercoin, Namecoin
In their early years, these virtual currencies started to gain public and media attention.
From 2011, interest gathered quickly, especially during the vertiginous rise of BitCoin in April 2013.
By virtue of the way they are set up, these virtual currencies escape all regulation, though they are
being watched carefully by monetary authorities across the world.
Exchange Rates
An investment of $1000 on 7 February 2011 was worth $207,000 on 4 December 2013.
There was a very serious correction in April 2013, as technical problems led to panic selling
As the major platform collapsed, further turmoil ensued, with a balance out currently in the $500 area.
Major landmarks in the history of Bitcoin:
29 July 2013 - Thailand becomes the first country to ban the use of Bitcoin in its territory, via a
Central Bank decision
5 December 2013 - China Central Bank banned all Bitcoin transactions in local banks, and this led
to the start of a crash
8 January 2014 - Alibaba Group banned Bitcoin payments
6 February 2014 - Russia declared Bitcoin illegal, on the basis that the only currency allowed in
Russia is the Ruble
26 February 2014, US Senator Joe Manchin asked for a ban on Bitcoin in the US, due to its
uncontrolled volatility.
The most famous, the Bitcoin
The most well-known of the virtual currencies, the
Bitcoin flew up to 16257 times its initial value. It was
launched in 2009 at $0.06 and rose to almost $1000
before crashing (all being relative!) to around $290 in
October 2014.
Let’s try to understand why…

2. What the market wants, the market shall have
When we analyse the rapid rise of the Bitcoin, we see three major themes:
The market wants and needs this kind of money, independent of all other currencies. It is the
freedom to buy without the fees associated with a traditional exchange
The Bitcoin also allows for a certain anonymity…
The market needs reassurance on the subject, as, so far, these virtual monies have been too
speculative, and volatiles, being based only on mathematical algorithms.
3. A currency that is tied to a real commercial asset
What is the GemCoin and how is it different to the other virtual currencies?
But this money is very different from the rest!
AFG, or Alliance Financial Group, founded in Delaware in 2002 and with a Head Office in Los Angeles,
CA, is the holding company of USFIA.
AFG is involved in real estate investment and development, in mining of precious gems, auctions, IT,
biotechnology and the aerospace industry. AFG Inc is worth more than $50BN in assets around the
world.
On September 1, USFIA launched the GemCoin globally, guaranteeing it with $15BN of assets, as
required by the government! These Gemcoins are based on the value of the gem mines, and every
purchaser receives a quantity of GemCoins defined by a formula, which is derived from the current
value of the mines.
US Law 129, which was approved by the California
Government on 28 June 2014, declares that the use of
digital currencies, coupons and all other monetary
instruments is not an infringement of the law when these
are used to buy goods and services, or for transfer
payments.
This was the background that allowed the “birth” of the
Gemcoin, on September 1 2014, at a rate of $0.05

4. What is USFIA?
USFIA is a multinational company, with HQ in Arcadia City, California. The company is the result of a
top-level joint venture between China and the USA, and there are several very prominent Chinese
shareholders, as well as local US dignitaries and businessmen.
Via this joint venture, they own a mines which contain 2/3 of the top quality amber in the world.

5. A currency that can never fall below its launch value
How is GemCoin’s value calculated?
Every time USFIA sells another $80,000 of amber in the world, the GemCoin’s value rises by another
$.0001. At launch, it was valued at $0.05, and by mid November, that rate had doubled.
We are also observing that the time taken to make $80,000 of sales is decreasing, such that the growth
rate of the currency is rising ever faster. Indeed, growth the first month was 35% and this second
month, we are seeing 45%, so the trend is rising.

This money will never devaluate, and at worst it will stop or slow its growth.
However, being linked to the dollar today, its buying power is linked to the $.
6. Why should you buy now?
USFIA sells its amber via a franchise system. Since December 2013, USFIA decided to sell via MLM
(Multi-Level Marketing).
This distribution channel, which is very profitable for those who make an effort, is a very effective tool
for fast development at USFIA, as each buyer, whether investor or marketer, brings his or her own
group of buyers to the company. It is our observation that every investor becomes and marketer and
vice versa.
It is impossible NOT to recommend this investment to your own circle of friends or club or investment
network!
Network Marketing and its remuneration plan bring a massive leverage effect to the company’s
turnover. Today, there are more or less 2.5 million members, of whom 99% are Chinese…

9. Some assumptions
Where might GemCoin be in a year’s time?
We are looking conservatively at 370% per year
If sales accelerate 10% per month throughout the year, which is less than is the case right now, we are
looking at 3084% per year!
It is probably fair to suggest that the truth lies somewhere between the two, but network marketing is
taking off, and investors who feel hesitant at the beginning are more and more confident about making
this sort of investment, given the guarantees offered by USFIA (non-volatile currency), and the
perspective we have from what happened to the BitCoin…
In these conditions, anything and everything is possible.
We can even imagine that as early entrants into these new generation investments, there will be
