基於 g0v.tw 的願景之一：「提供公民參與社會的開放平台」而生，g0v.social(https://g0v.social) 是個默默運作了四年的分散式社群媒體。g0v.social 基於開源的 Mastodon 專案(https://joinmastodon.org/)，透過公開的 ActivityPub 協定與世界上兩百萬以上的同好互相連結。 本次將分享經營 g0v.social 四年來的旅程，以及關於以下議題的心得： * 中心化社群媒體（如 Facebook、Twitter）與聯邦式（Federated）、去中心（Decentralized）系統的優劣 * Mastodon 聯邦大事記，分散式社群的常見問題 * 萬事起頭難：如何利用開源專案跟開放的溝通協定，建立專案初期的網路效應。避免專案初期缺乏使用者、難以為繼的問題。 * 如何長期維持與開發公民參與專案：開源、資金、人力、心理健康。 * 如何透過 Mastodon 維繫你的社群 相關資訊：https://g0v.social 關鍵字：社群媒體、去中心化、長期維護
