Halloween celebrates a lot of things, including the
lives of peoble who aren’t with us.
A lot of year ago the Celts lived in Europe, in the
British isles. They belived that the sould of the
dead come the 31 of October. And they had a
festival in honor of this soulds of the deads.
Roman Empire conquered the Celts and they took
over some of their beliefs. Somo ideas from the
Roman Empire still survive in the United States and
other countries.

United Kingdom
This festival is very importat for people who lives in
the United kingdom.
Everyone give soul-cakes for the good spirits, and a
lot of people wears terrorific costumes for scare the
bad spirits.
Its strage, but in United Kigdom a black cat means
good luck and a white cat means bad luck.
They made punkies to protect their homo from the
bad spirits.

United States
In the United States Halloween is a very
important tradicion too.
In the United States trick or treaters are
welcomed by placing lighted pumpkies
know as jack-o-lanters in they windows.
The childs have fun a lot in the night of
Halloween with their costumes, they do
some terrorific games too.

very imporant precaution.
2. If you slice an apple throgh the equator and
then eat it by candellight before a mirror, yo will
see your future husband.
3. If you place ann apple under your pillow you
will dream with your posible future husband
