My name is Jeff Comstock. I currently serve as Vice President of Operations for BBB serving Central, Coastal and Southwest Texas. Most of my time is spent leading all BBB core services, including dispute resolution and investigations. In 2009, this BBB received the Overall Operations award recognizing excellence in all facets of core services including inquiry handling, complaint mediation and arbitration services, advertising review and solicitation control. I was born in Yakima, Washington and grew up in the Northwest. I attended Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Washington, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
