The research is designed the procedure of research

(1) Documentary research to synthesize the theoretical frame
work,
(2) Focus group, who is qualified to create a prototype model
by 10 experts to identify the principle idea concept, and
composition,
(3) to synthesize component of SCILE model,
(4) The evaluation of prototypes by expert review has
analyzed data from dialogue groups by summarized data
and evaluation of prototypes.
