  22. 22. People We found that although most towns in this area had all modern amenities but the tribal in the same area do not even have access to the most basic amenities. The Major problems faced by them are: • Lack of education and awareness: People here do not even know what education is. They live in jungles, unaware to any outside knowledge including food and cloths. • Lack of healthcare facilities: The people here suffer from many problems like child mortality, maternal mortality, and a number of diseases like malaria, typhoid, dysentery, cholera etc. • Lack of Infrastructure and Exposure: Lack of transportation and other facilities like electricity, proper infrastructure etc. makes them isolated from the outer world. • Stakeholders, Employees and the Company are benefitted.
  23. 23. Propose We propose an initiative “UTTHAAN” wherein development of deprived sections of population has always been given a top priority. The targeted area is Keonjhar, Bolangir and Kalahandi Districts of the state, lying on the bank of the river.
  24. 24. UTTHAAN
  25. 25.
