 Worked with M/s. Harsh Engineering & Component’s Co., as Maintenance
supervisor cum Maintenance Engineer as a O.N.G.C. Coordinator looking
repairing of Major work. From 09/10/2003 to23/08/2005.
ONGC Projects in Maintenance Petrochemicals and uran Refineries plant.
Done the maintenance under contract projects uran O.N.G.C refineries plant and
N.Q.O, NELAM,PANNA,OFFSHORE.O.N.G.C PLATFORMS maintenance,
blinding, d- blinding works, maintenance of equipments as follows.
HEAT EXCHANGERS:- Cleaning of tube bundles. Opening aft and forward covers,
changing oaring, gaskets by using Beth cleaned tubes by chemical solution, refit and
done the hydro test of leaking and install the exchangers in the process, tubes of
exchangers, elephant exchangers, glycol exchangers.
INSULATIONS JOBS:- done insulation in our inspection of utility line, pipe lineas
per requirements insulated the equipments by glass wool or poly cabs,
FABRICATATION JOBS :- Have the huge knowledge of pipe fabrications, fittings
of elbows, T- joints, Spool fittings,8”,10” hydro testing, welding x-rays joints etc and
also prepared drawings as per requirements, also done the structural platform
fabrication work.
CLEANING OF VESSELS.:- Done the inspection work cleaning of big capacities
vessels, and commissioning of vessels and its insulations.
INSTALLATION JOBS:- installed the new equipments like engines ,pumps,
compressors, along with plant process.
I have completed the URAN O.N.G.C. PLANT shut down of the year 2008 as a
post of project Manager.
RIGS EXPERIENCE OF O.N.G.C.
SAGAR SAMRAT DRILL RIG :-
 Dismantled the mud pump of NATIONAL-1500HP. parts, like Motor
assembly, Discharge pulsation Dampener, Fluiend Assembly, Chain drive
component’s and re-assembled. Since 01/11/2002 to 03/12/2003.
O.N.G.C. SAGAR RATNA DRILL RIG :-
 Dismantled the 4 Nos. Caterpillar engine

5.  Removed all piston, cylinder & connecting rod, washer, set the tapped setting
overhauled the full engine top to bottom parts since 16/01/2003 to 30/04/2003.
O.N.G.C. SAGAR JYOTI (DRILL RIG) :-
 Worked as a Rig Maintenance engineer of cranes, pumps, Gearbox valve, Raw
water pump since 06/05/2003 to 03/01/2004.
O.N.G.C. SAGAR PRAGATI (DRILL RIG) :-
 Worked as a Rig Maintenance Engineer in major maintenance of notical cranes.
Weekly rope a calibration, radial boon calibration, engines maintenance, hydraulic
pump, changing oils fuel’s, filter etc. since 25/01/2004 to 29/11/2004.
O.N.G.C. RIG SAGAR RATNA :
 Worked as a Mechanical engineer in Maintenance of valve’s compressor,
chemical transfer pumps etc. since 02/12/2004 to 11/10/2005.

Propeller shaft calibration, bush calibration, renewal of gasco seal, simplex seal.
Dismantling & assembling of muff coupling (hydraulically), poker gauge reading,
Jumping clearance, rudder & staring gear, overhauling of windlass winch,Tugger
winch & familiar with chipping, sand blasting & painting.
HOT WORK :
