                                 INTRODUCTION                                                                                            OBJECTIVE
                                                                                                          To model the point-spread function (PSF) of a MACROscope operating with field
    Fluorescent MACROscope is useful for observing large samples (of the order of a few
                                                                                                          aberrations due to optical vignetting.
