From the analysis and Survey of Indane oil pvt lmt, it can be
concluded that the Labour welfare of the company is good and
company has good employees, it has discharged its investments and
its borrowings have increased in the past three years. The non
performing assets of the company have been increased in the past
years. The company has more customers all over India.
With a view to provide greater convenience and alternate channels
to the customers, the company has taken remedial actions and has
made strategies for development of organization and welfare of the
customers. In tune with the company’s strategy to focus on Labour
Welfare of the company, the company has brought about structural
changes in the existing operational organizational structure at
hierarchy during the years to bring about efficiency in Labour welfare
management, and control. The productivity levels have shown
appreciable increase during the years.
