Ten Heads is a young, dynamic recruitment firm based in Mohali-Punjab. Driven by an

Job Responsibilities:
Ø Managing a team of 4
Ø Motivating and leading them to achieve team targets
Ø Taking escalations on stuck cases.
Ø Taking telephonic interviews of screened candidates to ensure the quality of the
talent pool
Ø Taking care of internal recruitments as well as Business Development for Ten
Heads.
Ø Coordinating with clients for requirements, feedbacks, and negotiations on CTC,
Joining dates etc.
Ø Sourcing the profile through various recourses i.e. Job portals, Postings,
Networking, References, Mapping, Social Media and shuffling the available database.
Ø Screening, Short-listing and validating the profiles based on Job Specifications.
Ø Networking and Head Hunting for peculiar mandates.
Ø Responsible for adhering to Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters for the
operations i.e. the Efficiency, Turn Around Time (TAT) & Quality of the resumes.
Ø Keeping track of the complete placement cycle
Ø Negotiate on salary, designation and date of joining with candidates
Ø Follow up with the candidates till they join the organization.
Ø Responsible for 'End to End' service delivery Process for Talent acquisition for
Banking,Insurance, Telecom, and IT mandates for Middle and Senior Level
requirements.

 Maintaining MIS of all recruitment related details and Credentials of each
candidate sourced and Interviewed (Source / Status / Current or Previous job
Details.)
 Searching resumes against different requirements, checking them against different
specifications set by internal recruitment team such as skill set, salary range,
relocation
 Studying about the client companies and competitors to headhunt candidates
effectively.
 Organizing Interviews, Coordinating with the Candidates for the interview
process and taking the feedback about the candidates.
 Taking all vital details from the candidate before taking his case ahead.
 Finding profiles to suit particular client requirements using Job portals like naukri,
monster, timesjobs etc.
 Completing & correcting profiles before sending them to clients.
 Lining up candidates for Interview & keeping them updated.
 Interacting with clients & taking feedbacks as well as new requirements.
 To Help with HR in the completion formalities of offer letter, to release offer
letter, to collect relevant documents, to fill up BGC (Back Ground Check) form.
