7.0. RECRUITMENT STRATEGY
7.1. Introduction
Recruitment strategy plays an important role in any organization since it is important
―to hire the right person for the right job at the right time and keeping them”. It begins
with identifying an unmet need - a task that needs to be accomplished, translating the unmet
needs into a job description, drawing up the person specifications for the position, deciding
approach for selection/recruitment advertisement and finally interviewing the candidates. It
is almost a never-ending process.
The level of performance of an organization depends on the effectiveness of its
recruitment function. It is needed to hire the best talent for their organization and to utilize
their resources optimally. A successful recruitment strategy should be well planned and
practical to attract more and good talent. JOSEPH, K. (2007)
7.2. Recruitment process
The recruitment strategy for the 3 posts decided by The
Development Team from the Information Resources
Management Department to attract, select and recruit the new post
holders is outlined below which are different for each:
Professional Enterprise and Development
APIIT SD INDIA Page 22
Step 1: Identifying job requirements (Defining)
Consists of an in-depth analysis of position specifications, careful gathering of
requirements with a focus on value and results-oriented experience, which effectively sells
company, attributes and retains the most successful candidate. JOHNSTON, S. (2013). It
consists of:
Find out what kind of talent and profile IBM needs to realize its strategy? Decide
how the total budget of 25 lakhs per annum is to be distributed among the three
posts? Future requirements for each post, what information to include in job
description and person specification?
Understand the requirements of the type of candidates that are required for
Network Administrator, Project Manager and Software Developer, from the
management and development team and the number of vacancies available for
the same which will help to decide the refinement process.
Have a clear understanding of the current marketplace including: salary
surveys; skills shortages; and key drivers / reasons for candidates to join your
organization.
Create a consistent job profile for each requirement. KLATIK, C. (2011)
Step 2: Translating job requirements into job description
The job description says ‗what‘ the person will be doing. This is important as it allows a
person to properly commit and be responsible for a role.
Find out in detail the duties and responsibilities required of the person being hired.
Step 3: Drawing up the person specifications
It consists of assessing qualifications profiles out of job descriptions for each post.
The person specification says ‗what employees need‘, to be able to do the job (what skills,
experience, qualifications, attitudes, etc), based upon which candidates will be judged. Each
of these traits will be classified under two categories: Essential and Desirable. Essential
qualities are those which are a must for the potential job seekers, whereas the desirable
qualities are the ones which will provide the candidates a genuine advantage over the other
potential employees.
Design a proper specification after evaluation of the job description; sketch the
personal specifications for each post.It covers the following parameters:
• Performance level required.
• Experience level, skills and qualifications required.
Professional Enterprise and Development
APIIT SD INDIA Page 23
• Category of the candidate: the strategy should clearly define the target
candidate.
Step 4: Designing job advertisements
The aim of job advertisements is to attract relevant interest (establishing relevance in
the minds of ideal candidates).
It should be designed and worded in such a manner to hit the relevant candidates.
Advertisements include information such as the location, job title, employer‘s name
salary, job description, person requirement, qualification requirement, and number of
vacancies, job status and instructions on how to apply for jobs.
The candidates will apply by submitting their job application letters and CVs related
to a particular post and email it to the email-id mentioned in the job advertisement.
Step 5: Decide the mode of publishing advertisements
After considering the best way of attracting a pool of suitably qualified candidates, the
development team came to the following conclusion:
The vacancies should be posted nationally through newspapers, journals.
Distribute pamphlets in local engineering colleges or universities, since they are
the easiest way to reach the mass in a short period of time and is cost effective as
well.
Step 6: Short-listing CV’s
Short-listing CV‘s is one of the critical steps of the recruitment process which
requires analysis by a group of trained recruiters. It is a tedious task to assess CVs and select
the requisite number and quality CVs out of thousands to reach to the best technical minds.
Job applications and CVs should be analyzed on the basis of grammar, set qualification
criteria, required skill set and the overall presentation layout of the CV. The candidate who‘s
CVs are accepted will be then called for further rounds.
Step 7: Recruitment Tests
A candidate who‘s CVs is accepted will have to appear for further IBM recruitment
tests which comprises of the below 4 stages. They are:
1. Written Aptitude Test
2. Group Discussion Round
3. Technical Interview, and
4. HR Interview.
Professional Enterprise and Development
APIIT SD INDIA Page 24

comprehension, numerical abilities and other general awareness questions to test
the aptitude of the applicant.
After aptitude tests, the candidate will have to participate in group discussions, present
PowerPoint presentation to check his communication skills. Psychometric tests may also be
conducted to find out the attitude and thinking process of the candidate. No technical round
will be there as a good manger should possess overall good personality blended with required
managerial and decision making skills.

asked to go through a very high quality aptitude test, to check the problem solving and
analytical skills of the candidate. The details of the question sets are as follows:

Professional Enterprise and Development
APIIT SD INDIA Page 25

accordingly by the interviewers. HR personnel have to recruit only those people whose
profile matches with the qualifications and skills being searched by the company.
The candidates selected out of the above rounds will be called for interviews which will
consist of the following:
Technical Interview
One to one HR interview
The candidates will be intimated about their results through e-mails and jobs will be
offered to them.
Note: The applicants for project manager post will not appear for technical interview.

11.0. LIST OF 9 WAYS TO IMPRESS THE COMPANY
The list of 9 ways in which the company might be impressed by an interviewee,
before, during and after the interview is as follows:
Before the interview
Research the company's profile and background but don’t over-prepare: Start by
looking into their future goals and plans. Conducting the interview with this in mind
will make you seem like a good long-term investment. You should also be ready to
talk in depth about the industry, the organization, and the position you are applying
for.
Precise and revised cover letter: It is the first impression to an employer. It must be
precise and to the point describing your intent of writing. It should be correct in all
manners.
Job oriented impressive CV: It is the way to advertise you so it must be best in all
respect. It should be according to the job for which you are applying for.
Following are the points to make the CV impressive.
Begin with name and contact details
Write an impressive Objective
Focus on your work experience, responsibilities and achievements
Write correct educational qualifications.
Write about extracurricular activities.
Formal font faces
Use the same tense throughout the CV.
Prepare well: Not only will this give you a way to structure your preparation, but it
will also help you get comfortable with giving answers. Practice giving concise,
complete answers and maintaining eye contact with the interviewer(s) while you give
them. Make sure you aren't speaking too slow or too fast and that your answers are
stated with confidence.
Anticipate questions of the interviewer: It‘s best to prepare for a wide variety of
questions by thinking about your own career goals, long-term plans, past successes,
and work strengths, but you should also brace yourself for the deceptively simple
questions that most employers like to throw at their interviewees.
Dress for the interview: you should dress for the interview the way you would for
the job itself. Choose subdued colors (blues, browns, and grays, black) and make sure
Professional Enterprise and Development
APIIT SD INDIA Page 40
that your clothes are ironed and wrinkle-free. Avoid wearing perfume, after-shave, or
scented lotion (but do wear deodorant).
Reach to the place 15 to 20 minutes before the scheduled interview time. Go to bed
early the day before the interview so that you look rested and healthy on the big day.
Make sure that you have all the documents with you like CV, Cover letter, certificates
etc.
During the interview
Show up in the best possible form: Bring an extra copy of your resume, CV,
and/or references in case your interviewer wants to go over any points with you or
neglects to bring their own copy.
Be courteous and honest: You never know who has input in the hiring process, and
you can only make a first impression once. Keep an eye contact with everyone and
smile which means alertness and friendliness. Speak clearly and say "please" and
"thank you." Talking audibly, with good enunciation, tells people you're confident,
while good manners tell them you're considerate of other people. Don't noodle around
on your phone or electronic device while waiting. You may review your notes while
waiting.
While you want to structure your answers so that your best, most qualified
aspects take center stage, you don't want to deceive or outright lie. Companies do
perform background checks, and lying about your experience is simply not worth it.
Listen carefully and concentrate on the questions that are asked and be confident
while replying to them. If you don‘t know answers to a particular question, it is
perfectly OK to say ―I don‘t know‖ to certain questions instead of trying to guess the
answers. This shows you are straight forward.
Keep things simple and short: Stick to what you know well, and keep things short
and sweet.
Structure your answers so that you're talking in 30-90 second chunks.
Don't use slang humor during your interview.
Be personable: Try to come off as a genuinely likable person if you can. Being
personable is about getting the interviewer's emotional side to like you and believe in
you. Employers don't always hire the candidates most qualified for the job, but rather
the candidates they like the best.
Professional Enterprise and Development
APIIT SD INDIA Page 41
Ask questions to interviewer: At last when interviewer asks you to ask any
question, do ask any relevant question. It will tell your curiosity for joining the
company.
After the interview
Shake hands with the interviewer and exchange pleasantries: The interviewer
should give you a time frame for when to expect to get a callback, if applicable. Hold
your head high and keep your cool. Project a cool confidence and walk out of the
interview with your head held high.
If the interviewer does not tell you when they will contact you if you're a good
fit for the position, it's appropriate to ask, "When can I expect to hear back from you
about the position?"
Send a thank-you letter to your interviewer and/or liaison: Thank the person you
interviewed with, even if it's just a formality. If you missed any important points in
your interview you wanted to stress, you may include one or two in the thank-you
letter. Keep the points brief, and tie them into a discussion point that you or the
interviewer made during the interview.
Follow up with the interviewer at the appropriate time: If you've waited past the
designated callback date — or the callback date wasn't set and it's been two weeks —
write the interviewer a short email as a reminder. (BERBAGI 2009)

Answer: Java is compiled to be a byte code which is the intermediate language between

system, the code platform specific machine code is generated thus making java platform
independent.

Answer: A constructor is a member function of a class that is used to create objects of that
class. It has the same name as the class itself, has no return type, and is invoked using the

(which may be void), and is invoked using the dot operator.

4.0. REFLECTION OF THE MODULE
Professional and enterprise development is a module whose learning outcomes left a
strong impact on the candidate‘s personality. It introduced fundamental skill and knowledge
to prepare for professional employment as well as identified and explored ethical, legal
communication and other non-technical factors that contribute to the success (or failure) of
the development of computer-related systems in a professional environment.
This module helped the candidate to always have an edge over others as it brought
positive changes in the traits of the candidate. It has groomed the candidate‘s cognitive skills
and competencies and filled her with positive energy and zeal to prepare her to face the harsh
competitive world near ahead.
In the beginning of the semester, the candidate assumed that the contents of the
module would be boring, but gradually, she realized that this module would rather solve the
purpose to survive in this corporate world (survival of the fittest). The candidate came to
know that possessing technical knowledge only would not help to outshine others. One needs
a mixed personality of professionalism plus the core knowledge of his/her field. Thus, PED
added a spice over the recipe. The important learnings from this module are:
Learn how to give a precise, effective and an impressive introduction since first
impression is the last impression. Learn to write curriculum vitae and cover letter
according to desired job specification. Prepare for the list of interview questions and
answers that would be likely be asked in the interview. All these helped build
confidence to easily grab the first opportunity before others take the chance.
The candidate is aware of privacy and copyrights laws which in past I used to ignore due
to lack of knowledge about its aftereffects. It has also made me aware of the laws that I
can avail as a programmer or a developer.
How to become saleable in the market through a technique known as personal branding?
How to make a verbal business card?
Why ethics is important? How important it is to become and ethical person? What are
the benefits of being a whistle blower?
The importance of planning, project management, usability and quality assurance in a
corporate world was brought into focus. How to a usable user interface and implement
HCI pricnciples.
What it means to be an intrapreneur and an entrepreneur?
Professional Enterprise and Development
APIIT SD INDIA Page 61
How can you be team leader, what are the various management qualities required to lead
a team well like stress management, time management etc.
How to handle risks? How can one be proactive?
The communication taking place in a hierarchical organizational structure.
Explain the organisational context in which professional work occurs, including
management, financial issues, team working, human resource issues and recruitment
Explain the legal context and law applicable to professional computing and apply those
principles to guide decision-making.
Explain the role of professional bodies, codes of conduct and professional ethics and
apply such codes as a guide to decision making.
Thus, the learning outcomes gained through this module are so beneficial that they can be
implemented anywhere in the life to have a shining bright future. It helped us make us realize
those concepts which we always consider al less valuable but when observed carefully, they
play an important role in building up a good personality. Now I know how combine my
technical knowledge with my personality skills as in the present day world both are equally
important.

  • 21. Professional Enterprise and Development APIIT SD INDIA Page 21 7.0. RECRUITMENT STRATEGY 7.1. Introduction Recruitment strategy plays an important role in any organization since it is important ―to hire the right person for the right job at the right time and keeping them”. It begins with identifying an unmet need - a task that needs to be accomplished, translating the unmet needs into a job description, drawing up the person specifications for the position, deciding approach for selection/recruitment advertisement and finally interviewing the candidates. It is almost a never-ending process. The level of performance of an organization depends on the effectiveness of its recruitment function. It is needed to hire the best talent for their organization and to utilize their resources optimally. A successful recruitment strategy should be well planned and practical to attract more and good talent. JOSEPH, K. (2007) 7.2. Recruitment process The recruitment strategy for the 3 posts decided by The Development Team from the Information Resources Management Department to attract, select and recruit the new post holders is outlined below which are different for each:
  • 22. Professional Enterprise and Development APIIT SD INDIA Page 22 Step 1: Identifying job requirements (Defining) Consists of an in-depth analysis of position specifications, careful gathering of requirements with a focus on value and results-oriented experience, which effectively sells company, attributes and retains the most successful candidate. JOHNSTON, S. (2013). It consists of: Find out what kind of talent and profile IBM needs to realize its strategy? Decide how the total budget of 25 lakhs per annum is to be distributed among the three posts? Future requirements for each post, what information to include in job description and person specification? Understand the requirements of the type of candidates that are required for Network Administrator, Project Manager and Software Developer, from the management and development team and the number of vacancies available for the same which will help to decide the refinement process. Have a clear understanding of the current marketplace including: salary surveys; skills shortages; and key drivers / reasons for candidates to join your organization. Create a consistent job profile for each requirement. KLATIK, C. (2011) Step 2: Translating job requirements into job description The job description says ‗what‘ the person will be doing. This is important as it allows a person to properly commit and be responsible for a role. Find out in detail the duties and responsibilities required of the person being hired. Step 3: Drawing up the person specifications It consists of assessing qualifications profiles out of job descriptions for each post. The person specification says ‗what employees need‘, to be able to do the job (what skills, experience, qualifications, attitudes, etc), based upon which candidates will be judged. Each of these traits will be classified under two categories: Essential and Desirable. Essential qualities are those which are a must for the potential job seekers, whereas the desirable qualities are the ones which will provide the candidates a genuine advantage over the other potential employees. Design a proper specification after evaluation of the job description; sketch the personal specifications for each post.It covers the following parameters: • Performance level required. • Experience level, skills and qualifications required.
  • 23. Professional Enterprise and Development APIIT SD INDIA Page 23 • Category of the candidate: the strategy should clearly define the target candidate. Step 4: Designing job advertisements The aim of job advertisements is to attract relevant interest (establishing relevance in the minds of ideal candidates). It should be designed and worded in such a manner to hit the relevant candidates. Advertisements include information such as the location, job title, employer‘s name salary, job description, person requirement, qualification requirement, and number of vacancies, job status and instructions on how to apply for jobs. The candidates will apply by submitting their job application letters and CVs related to a particular post and email it to the email-id mentioned in the job advertisement. Step 5: Decide the mode of publishing advertisements After considering the best way of attracting a pool of suitably qualified candidates, the development team came to the following conclusion: The vacancies should be posted nationally through newspapers, journals. Distribute pamphlets in local engineering colleges or universities, since they are the easiest way to reach the mass in a short period of time and is cost effective as well. Step 6: Short-listing CV’s Short-listing CV‘s is one of the critical steps of the recruitment process which requires analysis by a group of trained recruiters. It is a tedious task to assess CVs and select the requisite number and quality CVs out of thousands to reach to the best technical minds. Job applications and CVs should be analyzed on the basis of grammar, set qualification criteria, required skill set and the overall presentation layout of the CV. The candidate who‘s CVs are accepted will be then called for further rounds. Step 7: Recruitment Tests A candidate who‘s CVs is accepted will have to appear for further IBM recruitment tests which comprises of the below 4 stages. They are: 1. Written Aptitude Test 2. Group Discussion Round 3. Technical Interview, and 4. HR Interview.
  • 24. Professional Enterprise and Development APIIT SD INDIA Page 24 The above rounds will be designed differently for different job specifications by the HR team. The test will be of objective type with 90 questions encompassing two sections. The duration of the test will be 2 hours. This will vary according to different job specifications: a) Network Administrator: A network administrator‘s main job is to manage the networking of the company. For that, he should have good networking and logical skills. The aptitude test for a network administrator will contain 2 sections both section having objective questions. Section1: It will consist of 50 questions where the applicant will be tested for their proficiency in computer languages and logic. Section2: Remaining 40 questions will be for checking the networking skills. Next, he has to appear for a technical interview where technical questions related to networking will be asked. b) Project Manager: Candidates applying for the post of a Project Manager should have good analytical thinking, managerial skills, decision making capability, leadership qualities etc. The aptitude tests for this job specification will consist of the following: Section1: 50 questions for checking the analytical skills. Section2: This section will consist of 40 questions on verbal reasoning, solving comprehension, numerical abilities and other general awareness questions to test the aptitude of the applicant. After aptitude tests, the candidate will have to participate in group discussions, present PowerPoint presentation to check his communication skills. Psychometric tests may also be conducted to find out the attitude and thinking process of the candidate. No technical round will be there as a good manger should possess overall good personality blended with required managerial and decision making skills. c) Software Developer: Candidates applying for the post of a Software Developer should be asked to go through a very high quality aptitude test, to check the problem solving and analytical skills of the candidate. The details of the question sets are as follows: Section1: General questions about the specific skills required for the job. Section2: Questions for checking the programming skills, aptitude, logic etc. Finally a technical and an HR interview to screen the candidates. Step 8: Interview Process
  • 25. Professional Enterprise and Development APIIT SD INDIA Page 25 The selected candidates shall be interviewed by the HR team one by one and will be judged accordingly by the interviewers. HR personnel have to recruit only those people whose profile matches with the qualifications and skills being searched by the company. The candidates selected out of the above rounds will be called for interviews which will consist of the following: Technical Interview One to one HR interview The candidates will be intimated about their results through e-mails and jobs will be offered to them. Note: The applicants for project manager post will not appear for technical interview. Step 9: Orientation Session The final selected candidates will meet the IBM’s HR who will explain them in detail the company policies, work culture and procedures, the way of addressing each other and of course the recruiting mission statement which describes what the recruiting organization does, who it serves and what makes the recruiting organization unique They will be informed about the facilities and perks made available to them. The aim will be to provide a general idea about the company. Simultaneously, they will be told to open bank accounts (salary accounts) etc. Step 10: Training session of the selected candidate The selected employees will then be inducted into a training program by an expertise person in the respective field in the training centre as per their post. There will be 6 months training for the Software Developer where he/she will be told how to perform his work in the company. There will be 1 month training for the Project Manager and 2 weeks training for the Network Administrator to give them knowledge regarding system, business environment and networking of the organisation respectively.

  • 39. Professional Enterprise and Development APIIT SD INDIA Page 39 11.0. LIST OF 9 WAYS TO IMPRESS THE COMPANY The list of 9 ways in which the company might be impressed by an interviewee, before, during and after the interview is as follows: Before the interview Research the company's profile and background but don’t over-prepare: Start by looking into their future goals and plans. Conducting the interview with this in mind will make you seem like a good long-term investment. You should also be ready to talk in depth about the industry, the organization, and the position you are applying for. Precise and revised cover letter: It is the first impression to an employer. It must be precise and to the point describing your intent of writing. It should be correct in all manners. Job oriented impressive CV: It is the way to advertise you so it must be best in all respect. It should be according to the job for which you are applying for. Following are the points to make the CV impressive. Begin with name and contact details Write an impressive Objective Focus on your work experience, responsibilities and achievements Write correct educational qualifications. Write about extracurricular activities. Formal font faces Use the same tense throughout the CV. Prepare well: Not only will this give you a way to structure your preparation, but it will also help you get comfortable with giving answers. Practice giving concise, complete answers and maintaining eye contact with the interviewer(s) while you give them. Make sure you aren't speaking too slow or too fast and that your answers are stated with confidence. Anticipate questions of the interviewer: It‘s best to prepare for a wide variety of questions by thinking about your own career goals, long-term plans, past successes, and work strengths, but you should also brace yourself for the deceptively simple questions that most employers like to throw at their interviewees. Dress for the interview: you should dress for the interview the way you would for the job itself. Choose subdued colors (blues, browns, and grays, black) and make sure
  • 40. Professional Enterprise and Development APIIT SD INDIA Page 40 that your clothes are ironed and wrinkle-free. Avoid wearing perfume, after-shave, or scented lotion (but do wear deodorant). Reach to the place 15 to 20 minutes before the scheduled interview time. Go to bed early the day before the interview so that you look rested and healthy on the big day. Make sure that you have all the documents with you like CV, Cover letter, certificates etc. During the interview Show up in the best possible form: Bring an extra copy of your resume, CV, and/or references in case your interviewer wants to go over any points with you or neglects to bring their own copy. Be courteous and honest: You never know who has input in the hiring process, and you can only make a first impression once. Keep an eye contact with everyone and smile which means alertness and friendliness. Speak clearly and say "please" and "thank you." Talking audibly, with good enunciation, tells people you're confident, while good manners tell them you're considerate of other people. Don't noodle around on your phone or electronic device while waiting. You may review your notes while waiting. While you want to structure your answers so that your best, most qualified aspects take center stage, you don't want to deceive or outright lie. Companies do perform background checks, and lying about your experience is simply not worth it. Listen carefully and concentrate on the questions that are asked and be confident while replying to them. If you don‘t know answers to a particular question, it is perfectly OK to say ―I don‘t know‖ to certain questions instead of trying to guess the answers. This shows you are straight forward. Keep things simple and short: Stick to what you know well, and keep things short and sweet. Structure your answers so that you're talking in 30-90 second chunks. Don't use slang humor during your interview. Be personable: Try to come off as a genuinely likable person if you can. Being personable is about getting the interviewer's emotional side to like you and believe in you. Employers don't always hire the candidates most qualified for the job, but rather the candidates they like the best.
  • 41. Professional Enterprise and Development APIIT SD INDIA Page 41 Ask questions to interviewer: At last when interviewer asks you to ask any question, do ask any relevant question. It will tell your curiosity for joining the company. After the interview Shake hands with the interviewer and exchange pleasantries: The interviewer should give you a time frame for when to expect to get a callback, if applicable. Hold your head high and keep your cool. Project a cool confidence and walk out of the interview with your head held high. If the interviewer does not tell you when they will contact you if you're a good fit for the position, it's appropriate to ask, "When can I expect to hear back from you about the position?" Send a thank-you letter to your interviewer and/or liaison: Thank the person you interviewed with, even if it's just a formality. If you missed any important points in your interview you wanted to stress, you may include one or two in the thank-you letter. Keep the points brief, and tie them into a discussion point that you or the interviewer made during the interview. Follow up with the interviewer at the appropriate time: If you've waited past the designated callback date — or the callback date wasn't set and it's been two weeks — write the interviewer a short email as a reminder. REFLECTION OF THE MODULE Professional and enterprise development is a module whose learning outcomes left a strong impact on the candidate‘s personality. It introduced fundamental skill and knowledge to prepare for professional employment as well as identified and explored ethical, legal communication and other non-technical factors that contribute to the success (or failure) of the development of computer-related systems in a professional environment. This module helped the candidate to always have an edge over others as it brought positive changes in the traits of the candidate. It has groomed the candidate‘s cognitive skills and competencies and filled her with positive energy and zeal to prepare her to face the harsh competitive world near ahead. In the beginning of the semester, the candidate assumed that the contents of the module would be boring, but gradually, she realized that this module would rather solve the purpose to survive in this corporate world (survival of the fittest). The candidate came to know that possessing technical knowledge only would not help to outshine others. One needs a mixed personality of professionalism plus the core knowledge of his/her field. Thus, PED added a spice over the recipe. The important learnings from this module are: Learn how to give a precise, effective and an impressive introduction since first impression is the last impression. Learn to write curriculum vitae and cover letter according to desired job specification. Prepare for the list of interview questions and answers that would be likely be asked in the interview. All these helped build confidence to easily grab the first opportunity before others take the chance. The candidate is aware of privacy and copyrights laws which in past I used to ignore due to lack of knowledge about its aftereffects. It has also made me aware of the laws that I can avail as a programmer or a developer. How to become saleable in the market through a technique known as personal branding? How to make a verbal business card? Why ethics is important? How important it is to become and ethical person? What are the benefits of being a whistle blower? The importance of planning, project management, usability and quality assurance in a corporate world was brought into focus. How to a usable user interface and implement HCI pricnciples. What it means to be an intrapreneur and an entrepreneur?
