Functional Skill Set
• Co-ordination of inspection activities such as fit-up check, dimensional check, weld visual as per Inspection and

• Monitor and control of Welders performance at work and to control the Repair% within the Key Performance
Indicator.
• Ensuring the preparation and submission of welder register and performance evaluation records at right time.
• Ensuring the NDT percentage coverage on weekly basis and coordinates with the respective inspector for
necessary follow up.
• Frequent orientation with welders, piping fabricators to educate about the project requirements to meet the
quality and to minimize the reworks.

• Trouble shooting any problems related to welding/NDT during project execution. Provide advice to welding/QC

• Plan and Supervise Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of subcontractor QC performance.

preventive actions.

• Involved in the Inspection of Corrosion coupon and Corrosion Probe Installation in Process lines.
• Coordinating with technical department for piping pressure test package preparation and compiling all relevant
documents.
• Performing piping walk down inspection ,generate the punch list, clearance of punches and Witnessing Hydro
test.
• Hydro/Pneumatic Testing of Metallic/Non Metallic Piping .
• Performing Pump alignment Inspection and Static equipment alignment Inspection and Involved in the Box-UP
Inspection of Tanks and Vessels.
• Follow up ITP of Tank fabrication and Involved in each stage of Tank Fabrication and Installation.
