We have a PAN India presence supplying to over 300 customers in varied industries and 70
resellers spread across India that service major customers in the industrial clusters.
We import from Germany, Norway, Ireland, Scotland, Aberdeen, USA, Singapore, Thailand,
etc.
We export to Middle-East, South-East Asia, Africa and in a limited way to Europe and
Canada.

 Work with large key customers in the segment of Steel, Power and Oil & Gas.
 Offer a complete range of products to reduce downtime and improve safety.
 Focus on products that have set a benchmark somewhere in the globe.
 Follow the trends in the North-Sea and Gulf of Mexico and look at the relevance
to India Markets.
 Continuous engagement with customers through one-to-one meetings and
emails with focus on reaching out to end customers (users).
 Work around large marine and offshore installation projects with high volume
requirements and get the products specified from end users for regular sales till
the duration of the project.
 Work exclusively with suppliers that are looking for a PAN India presence and
are willing to work on exclusive arrangement basis.

Sourcing
•We find the right sources for the materials, ensure a competitive price by checking multiple sources, ensuring we can
either offer the best pricing, or the quickest delivery as per your requirements, or we decline a quote if we cannot add
value to win your business. We remain firm on pricing until delivery, we ensure what we offered is what we deliver. We
negotiate prices with our suppliers; we rely on reliable sources and deal with the best brands; We add value by
understanding your procurement patterns and managing our inventory to deliver you the soonest. The more difficult the
parts is to find, the greater is the challenge and we do our best to locate what you need.
Customer
Support
•We ensure we are proactive in informing you when we ship. We ensure the packages are rightly labelled, the
documentation required is provided with the package. We track shipments to ensure they are delivered as per
requested delivery date, we customize the shipment as per your requirements. We are happy when you smile on our
support.
Logistics &
Dispatch
•We ensure your shipment is ready for pickup by FedEx same day of the order received before cut-off time at 4PM; we
can assist with expedited same day shipping working until late; we ensure all packages are properly shrink wrapped and
labelled with PO #, Line Item # and are clearly visible; our packing takes care of shipment until you get them on hand;
we ensure what is mentioned in the package is what is inside nothing less. We check expiry dates; mark fragile where
required, put instruction booklets and MSDS where required. We take pride in being among the best.
Billing &
Accounting
•We invoice out the materials when we receive the Goods Receipt Note; we check for accuracies in pricing, taxation, Bill
to requirements; we mention the taxes clearly and ensure invoices are sent out to the right person in accounts
payables. We ensure we don’t ask for payments until due; keep a proper track of invoices and payments received and
provide you information required to reconcile periodically. We ensure compliance with all local sales tax, direct and
indirect taxes as required under law ensuring you get no future liabilities when doing business with us. Compliance is
important to us.

Our Team
At Project Sales Corp we are keen to extend the best sales support we provide to our customers. We are
pleased to announce the details of our Key Accounts customer support team for 2017. With the objective
of providing product/service excellence – to deliver exactly what the customer wants. We are doing
everything that will make us a preferred supplier in the industry not due to the products we sell, but
because of the way we do it.
Madhuri is the new Associate Customer Support. Madhuri has worked in Customer Support with Avalon and more recently
she spent 18 months in the United States as a volunteer with the Church of Latter Day Saints in Arizona. At Project Sales
Corp when you need the right delivery information, need to get things expedited, she is the one to catch.
Shivani Patnaik heads Business Development and Marketing and joined us with 5 years of rich experience with an IT
Company where she handled product management and Key Accounts. Shivani is a B.Tech, MBA in International Business
and is responsible for product portfolio management in Project Sales Corp, in addition to heading the Business
Development responsible for new leads coordination, Industry Solutions, Brochures, SEO, Social Media, Pricing, Agency
Relationships and identification of new products to be brought in to India by visiting international safety exhibitions and
internet research.
Indu Bala heads our Key Accounts Team and is a Sourcing Specialist handling all import items. Indu has spent several
years in the shipping Industry working with Seaways and Business and Microbiology, she now heads the Strategic
Sourcing and Inside Sales Transasia in Documentation and Customer Service. With a double post-graduation in
responsible for cost-effective sourcing of non-stock products to ensure customers get the most competitive pricing; and
has been providing timely quotes to customers.
Pavani M is an Electrical Engineering Graduate with two years of sales experience with a local welding technology
company. At Project Sales Corp as an Associate Manager – Strategic Sourcing and Sales she assists customers with
quotes, product information, follows up on leads received and assists the Inside Sales Head – Indu Bala in working out
quotes for key accounts. She is also responsible for expediting shipments.

Ch Ranga Rao worked with the Hindu newspaper for several years in MIS/IT Department and now works in the Customer
Support and Logistics at Project Sales Corp. He is responsible for post order of process of dispatches, documentation,
tracking materials and sending out invoices for shipments. Assisted by a large team of shipping and logistics people, Ranga is
responsible for proper labelling of shipments, cross checks of dispatches to ensure what you order is what you get.
Leading the sales function is one of the partners of Project Sales Corp, Satish Agrawal. Satish brings a wealth of expertise
related to consumables requirements for Steel Rolling Mills, Power Plants and Oil and Gas Exploration and Production
handling over $1.5 million of lubrication and safety consumables sales annually. Satish also assists oil and gas customers to
move from a hands-on to a hands-off and hands-free approach in handling suspended loads and doing other tasks to comply
with the new safety regulations that is driving enhanced safety in oilfield operations.
As a part of Key Account Team for O&G business, Ravinder Gedela assists Indu in quotes, tracking pending bids, ensuring
bids are submitted prior to deadline, keeping a record of quotes submitted, PO’s received and follow up with expeditor on
dispatches and pending orders. Ravinder has worked in procurement and sales in various companies in India and Oman and
has very good knowledge of the electrical products range and procurement of spares.
Our Kakinada Operations is headed by Seshu Kumar, a food technology and business graduate who spent most of his career
in hospitality industries servicing clients like Weatherford. Responsible for all logistics relating to customers in Kakinada
region, Seshu assisted by Eswar is a key team member in sales with over $5 billion of projects lined up in Kakinada region.
Seshu also is responsible to manage our 4000 sft. warehouse we have constructed in Kakinada that is expected to
operational in 2017 when the subsea project installation starts.
Anil Tiwari is our sales leads coordinator who travels across India meeting prospective customers briefing them on our
company and products. Most of the customers receiving this email would have met him some time or other.
Srinivas Bomanna heads Imports and Purchase and is responsible for placement of all import ordering, assigning of freight
forwarders, tracking, expediting, negotiations with our carriers and import/export documentation compliances. A quiet person,
Srinivas is focussed on customer satisfaction by understanding sales team requirements for delivery commitments and
following up through on shipments to be able to bring them as per customer required delivery date.

Ranganath has over 10 years’ experience in the logistics industry and brings a wealth of experience in shipping,
documentation, customer support and is now the Head of Customer Support and outbound logistics for us. He has worked
as a Senior Associate during 2014 and re-joined this year to head this function.
Urmila Sollet joins us in Mumbai as a Product Trainee responsible for promoting the Hand Protection Range in the West
Coast. You can find the samples of various protection gloves, Fingersaver and Taglines with her in Mumbai and she can
assist with visiting your facility to assess your hand protection requirements and brief you on our product range, arranging
samples or assisting with coordination with our sales team. Urmila has finished her graduation from Visakhapatnam and is
looking at completing her post-graduation in Mumbai while working with us.

We negotiate prices with our suppliers; we rely on reliable sources and deal with the best brands; We add value by understanding your procurement patterns and managing our inventory to deliver you the soonest. The more difficult the parts is to find, the greater is the challenge and we do our best to locate what you need. Customer Support •We ensure we are proactive in informing you when we ship. We ensure the packages are rightly labelled, the documentation required is provided with the package. We track shipments to ensure they are delivered as per requested delivery date, we customize the shipment as per your requirements. We are happy when you smile on our support. Logistics & Dispatch •We ensure your shipment is ready for pickup by FedEx same day of the order received before cut-off time at 4PM; we can assist with expedited same day shipping working until late; we ensure all packages are properly shrink wrapped and labelled with PO #, Line Item # and are clearly visible; our packing takes care of shipment until you get them on hand; we ensure what is mentioned in the package is what is inside nothing less. Madhuri has worked in Customer Support with Avalon and more recently she spent 18 months in the United States as a volunteer with the Church of Latter Day Saints in Arizona. Shivani Patnaik heads Business Development and Marketing and joined us with 5 years of rich experience with an IT Company where she handled product management and Key Accounts. Shivani is a B.Tech, MBA in International Business and is responsible for product portfolio management in Project Sales Corp, in addition to heading the Business Development responsible for new leads coordination, Industry Solutions, Brochures, SEO, Social Media, Pricing, Agency Relationships and identification of new products to be brought in to India by visiting international safety exhibitions and internet research. Indu Bala heads our Key Accounts Team and is a Sourcing Specialist handling all import items. Indu has spent several years in the shipping Industry working with Seaways and Business and Microbiology, she now heads the Strategic Sourcing and Inside Sales Transasia in Documentation and Customer Service. With a double post-graduation in responsible for cost-effective sourcing of non-stock products to ensure customers get the most competitive pricing; and has been providing timely quotes to customers. Pavani M is an Electrical Engineering Graduate with two years of sales experience with a local welding technology company. At Project Sales Corp as an Associate Manager – Strategic Sourcing and Sales she assists customers with quotes, product information, follows up on leads received and assists the Inside Sales Head – Indu Bala in working out quotes for key accounts. She is also responsible for expediting shipments.

All Rights Reserved Ch Ranga Rao worked with the Hindu newspaper for several years in MIS/IT Department and now works in the Customer Support and Logistics at Project Sales Corp. He is responsible for post order of process of dispatches, documentation, tracking materials and sending out invoices for shipments. Assisted by a large team of shipping and logistics people, Ranga is responsible for proper labelling of shipments, cross checks of dispatches to ensure what you order is what you get. Leading the sales function is one of the partners of Project Sales Corp, Satish Agrawal. Satish brings a wealth of expertise related to consumables requirements for Steel Rolling Mills, Power Plants and Oil and Gas Exploration and Production handling over $1.5 million of lubrication and safety consumables sales annually. Satish also assists oil and gas customers to move from a hands-on to a hands-off and hands-free approach in handling suspended loads and doing other tasks to comply with the new safety regulations that is driving enhanced safety in oilfield operations. As a part of Key Account Team for O&G business, Ravinder Gedela assists Indu in quotes, tracking pending bids, ensuring bids are submitted prior to deadline, keeping a record of quotes submitted, PO’s received and follow up with expeditor on dispatches and pending orders. Ravinder has worked in procurement and sales in various companies in India and Oman and has very good knowledge of the electrical products range and procurement of spares. Our Kakinada Operations is headed by Seshu Kumar, a food technology and business graduate who spent most of his career in hospitality industries servicing clients like Weatherford. Responsible for all logistics relating to customers in Kakinada region, Seshu assisted by Eswar is a key team member in sales with over $5 billion of projects lined up in Kakinada region. Seshu also is responsible to manage our 4000 sft. warehouse we have constructed in Kakinada that is expected to operational in 2017 when the subsea project installation starts. Anil Tiwari is our sales leads coordinator who travels across India meeting prospective customers briefing them on our company and products. Most of the customers receiving this email would have met him some time or other. Srinivas Bomanna heads Imports and Purchase and is responsible for placement of all import ordering, assigning of freight forwarders, tracking, expediting, negotiations with our carriers and import/export documentation compliances. A quiet person, Srinivas is focussed on customer satisfaction by understanding sales team requirements for delivery commitments and following up through on shipments to be able to bring them as per customer required delivery date.

He has worked as a Senior Associate during 2014 and re-joined this year to head this function. Urmila Sollet joins us in Mumbai as a Product Trainee responsible for promoting the Hand Protection Range in the West Coast. You can find the samples of various protection gloves, Fingersaver and Taglines with her in Mumbai and she can assist with visiting your facility to assess your hand protection requirements and brief you on our product range, arranging samples or assisting with coordination with our sales team.
