I’d like to tell you about the person
who inspired me to a healthy life.
Healthy live doesn’t only mean not
to smoke and drink, it also means
Healthy eating, sport activity and I
think everybody will agree it
includes proper rest.

Healthy means having or indicating good health in
your body or mind. Being healthy means feeling
good. Being healthy is one of the better things in life.
When a person is healthy, that person would be able
to do or achieve anything in his or her own way.
Sport is not only visiting sport gym or athletics class.
Every person needs an individual approach.
For example somebody likes to make some physical
exercises, lift the bar in a sport gym for example.
Someone more prefers to do morning run or ride a
bike in the open air.

My mother thinks that doing sport is better out-ofdoors. When I was 10 she began to take me to the
morning run. These morning runs are something
special for me.
While running I enjoy myself enormously: there is a
pine forest on one side and the river on the other.
Just imagine: fresh air and a nice view around you.
Sport is one of the most useful activities in our life. It
not only secures healthy body, but also shapes our
world perception, changes attitude towards life for the
better and helps to overcome difficulties. People who go
in for sport usually succeed in professional sphere
and are more satisfied with their lives than those
who lead passive lifestyle.

But not only sport makes our
life healthy. Healthy eating
is also very important.
It provides your body with
the nourishment it needs to
survive. If a person were to
eat a lot of junk food, drink
a lot of soft drinks, and do
things that could destroy
their health, they are
destroying their body. My
mother doesn’t use semifinished products, she
prefers cooking herself.
Every day we have healthy
breakfast, lunch and supper.
I’m get used to healthy food
and I’m very grateful for this
to my mum.
6. Another essential component of healthy life is proper rest.
Nobody can deny that spending holiday on the seashore as well as in the
country is a great thing. But one shouldn’t forget that hundred percent of
success depends on proper rest. Every week end I and my mum ride bikes.
After every good long cycling you are so pepped up that good mood
follows you for the whole week!
Besides riding bicycles is also sport!
