Project Suraksha - A project commissioned by Wipro ES-CTO team to create an environment of security and growth for telecom professionals in the Industry Telecom Industry is afflicted by the practice where young telecom professionals (called outsourced/3rd party) are not paid salary and perks as per commitments made or as required by regulations which is deeply regressive. Aim is to create a benchmark for the Industry to emulate, where every telecom professional receives truthful commitment - ie. his salary, PF/ESIC/Insurance, claims, personal protection, technical skill upgradation and career growth.
