Yoga is just not some exercise alone.so its not the bending and twisting of the

It is some form of self torture like lying on bed of nails, burying inside the
ground, walking on burning coals etc.
Neither it is any weird ceremonial or peculiar rite, nor paganism, nor
prophesying, nor astrology, nor thought reading, nor the taking off of the evil
spirits from the body
It is not something related with any particular religion.

17. DHYANA-MEDITATION
Another golden saying is that “What
you think, that you become” – so you
need to be mentally strong and
meditate on prepares you to be that.

Sit in a quiet comfortable place, in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Do not think about anything – just empty your mind.
Lots of thought waves comes; don’t concentrate on it.
Let it come and go. You feel you are free of all of thoughts.
That’s it. Sit 10-20 minutes. Practice every day.
As day pass by, you can feel the calmness of MIND!!

Yoga is been identified as one of the scientific method to rejuvenate body and
mind. Numerous studies has been conducted and modern medical science
