• Based on a centuries-old astronomical instrument,
Theodolite is a cool new multi-function augmented
reality app for the iPhone that serves as a compass,
GPS, map, zoom camera, rangefinder, and two-axis
inclinometer. Theodolite overlays real time information
about position, altitude, bearing, and
horizontal/vertical inclination on the iPhone’s live
camera image, like an electronic viewfinder.

14. Ghostbusters augmented reality
iPhone and iPad game on the way
• different spots around town will have a
random ghost inhabiting it, and your
job is to, well, bust it. After starting
your ghost hunt, you point your iPhone
or iPad around to find your target, and
try to neutralize it with sweet, sweet
proton ray justice. The ghost moves
around a fair bit, so you have to stay
sharp, but once they’re sufficiently
weakened, you can throw out your trap
to end the maligned spirit’s tiny reign
of chaos. You earn experience points
and gather unlockable items as you go,
such as virtual collectible cards and
new guns. Achievements with Game
Center support should also be ready
for launch.

To spice up your iPhone movies and to
convince everyone that you’re a budding
Spielberg, take a look at the new, free
Action Movie FX application from Bad
Robot Interactive. The application uses
augmented reality to overlay computer-
generated graphics such as explosions and
crashes directly into your movie

16. Microsoft Augmented Reality Concept
Fuses Virtual World with Reality
• The Kinect sensor is used in Kinect Fusion, which
allows projections of objects to react to different
surfaces. Beamatron — a device consisting of the
Kinect sensor and a projector. It’s attached to a
spinning head in the ceiling taking detailed maps
of physical spaces.
• This technology projects objects anywhere in a
room and allows realistic movement. It bumps
into objects such as table, chairs and walls. The
projector can sense what is going on in the room
and shows changes in seconds.

19. Algunes reflexions
• Tothom hauria de tenir accés ràpid i de
qualitat a Internet
• Tothom hauria de tenir un dispositiu mòbil
smartphone + tableta
• Tothom hauria de poder accedir a les
habilitats digitals bàsiques
• Les xarxes socials, e-mail, etc… segurs haurien
de ser un dret dels ciutadans
• Twitter: hauria de ser públic: farà història, se’n
farà història

20. Més reflexions
• Sobre el concepte d’aula: la metaaula: haurien de
portar els estudiants tota mena d’estris? La
realitat augmentada hauria de ser normal?
• Societat de la interrupció, de la distracció
• Blended learning: el futur?
• Tenir gent a classe que l’escolti 60 minuts és un
privilegi per al professor
• Tenir un professor que expliqui coses de forma
diferent i integri el coneixement és un privilegi
per als estudiants
• La generació youtube? O la generació de la
realitat augmentada?

21. • La realitat augmentada a les aules…
– Surrealitat augmentada
• Jo sóc jo i les meves circumstàncies: els meus
dispositius, la meva connexió Internet i la
meva interacció amb aquests dispositius i l’ús
intel.ligent de la Internet

22. La caputxeta augmentada vermella
• El canvi constant que comporta la
utilització de les TIC a l’educació fa
oblidar a vegades que el que és
important (la reflexió) ha de passar
per davant de el que és urgent (la
pressa)
• L’Àvia societat està esperant que la
Caputxeta Augmentada Vermella li
porti el cistell del Coneixement,
però el Llop Dospunzero l’enganya
perquè, en lloc d’agafar el Corriol de
la Reflexió, agafi la Drecera de la
Pressa.
