Quest Training is a division of Chittle Apparel Pvt. Ltd. headquartered in Pune, India. Its
promoters and founders have between 15-40 years of experience setting up regular
industry and BPOs and in the field of quality consulting and training.
The Chairman of Chittle Apparel is the ex-Chairman and director of Cummins India Ltd. with
over 50 years of experience heading various companies and as a quality consultant. He is a
founder member of Qimpro Training College and a member of the American Society of
Quality, Juran Institute.
The President of Chittle Apparel was founder, first employee and ex-COO of Affinity Express
Pvt. Ltd. which is the world’s largest graphic and embroidery engineering design outsource
in the world.
The Quest Training division which was founded with similar principles, ideologies and
integrity, designs and delivers a range of courses that offer tangible, long-term benefits to

Maya Jadhav:
Maya Jadhav is Director - Training, of Quest Training and Tesseract CAD
Services (both divisions of Chittle Apparel Pvt. Ltd.). She was the former
Director - Quality and Training, of Affinity Express Pvt. Ltd., the world’s
largest Graphics Facility.
Maya has expertise in new product / service development, recruiting,
hiring and training of employees, setting up quality, training and
documentation systems and overseeing quality, delivery and productivity
improvement projects.
She is a Six Sigma Black Belt and is known for her organizational skills toward analysing and
streamlining processes.
Jatinder Varma:
A Statistics graduate from Mumbai University, Jatinder Varma has over 17
years experience in managing multiple production teams and coaching
them towards excellence. This gives her an excellent insight into
performance/attitude gaps and team dynamics which she addresses and
bridges through her trainings. Her vast experience of working with people
has made her a much sought after soft skills trainer.
She combines natural leadership skills, strong interpersonal and
organizational skills to motivate and lead people towards realizing their
potential and achieving their goals. She is also a trained Six Sigma Black Belt.
Denise Chakranarayan:
Denise Chakranarayan has been involved in extensive training over the last
17 years. She has conducted numerous soft skills workshops and seminars,
as well as courses for English Language Enhancement, for both corporates
(Manufacturing & IT/ITES) as well as educational institutions.
Formerly, she was the in-house trainer at Affinity Express Pvt. Ltd., where she
was solely responsible for English language, communication skills and cross
cultural training for the entire staff of 800+ people at all levels.
She is a strong proponent of first understanding the requirements and gap
areas and then creating customized modules for each customer, rather than
resorting to generic modules.
