- Each of us has a Home Quarter. It is your personal preference, your talent, your natural style. Understanding it isn’t as easy as you realise because you have had years of social conditioning which may have masked it. There are various exercises and a profile you can complete to find yours , but we don’t have time to do this today.
- Each quarter has a healthy, average and unhealthy state. Healthy thinkers have quiet, clear minds that are great at making decisions. When they are average, they are less open to possibilities and alternatives. Unhealthy thinkers get obsessive about a past event.
- Dr Morris Massey came up with this. All of the above together with the significant events in your life determine your blueprint of reality. That determines the rules and games by which you play life and what you choose to play.
- One evening an old farmer was walking along a country lane. He looked into a field and saw a group of young women bathing naked in a pond. The women noticed him at about the same time he noticed them. One woman shouted ‘we’re not coming out until you leave.’ The farmer replied ‘Oh I’m not here to watch you ladies swimming naked or running around in the meadow with nothing on. I’m just here to feed the alligator.’
- This is the famous nine dot puzzle. For those of you who haven’t come across it, the puzzle asks us to join all nine dots with four straight lines without taking the pen from the paper.
- This is because we HEAR Connect the dots with four straight lines without taking pen from paper within the square formed by the outer dots.
- If I’d said ‘ feel free to use the whole page/sheet of paper, maybe you would have come up with the right answer? Where do you still thnk like a 7 year old in your life?

- So what is creativity? It is not just about being a good dancer/musician or artist. That’s one form of creative expression. It’s about bringing something into being that wasn’t there before. It’s about seeing things from different angles (the peptic ulcer story) Its about doing the opposite (the fosbury flop) It’s about expanding on what’s already there perhaps by combining things in different ways e.g. Dyson.
- We all do this differently to different degrees. The trigger may be different, so might the interpretation, the feelings (big or small) plus the response. I FEEL HAPPY versus I AM FEELING HAPPY.

- Massage, aromatherapy, Sport, cycling, walking. Planting things and watering them. Having a pet.
- EQ not about what you give out, it’s about what you absorb in. Think about external to you as SENSORY LANDSCAPE
- THINK and FEEL have been about understanding you and your relationship to the external world. In CREATE you explored the notion of how to release your creative energy into the world. BELIEVE is about doing and acting for the world, not just for yourself. It is about much bigger picture stuff than the ego.
- To solve these bigger problems must stop thinking about food/warmth/love/shelter and get onto higher purpose. Collective not individual/ego.
- It is no longer about the parts of the whole. It is about the whole and your part within it. It’s also about being field independent e.g. Ghandi standing outside the world view and sometimes even that of his supporters.
- You have had a little piece of 360. It’s broader and deeper. It helps with individual leadership and team understanding. It helps with strategic visioning and corporate planning. It helps you understand your audiences and potential customers more. A five day programme to be taken consecutively or one day a month or at timings to suit you.

- WE ARE ALL STANDING IN FRONT OF A STONE TEMPLE. STAIRS LEADING UP TO THE ENTRANCE THE COLOURS OF THE RAINBOW. LET US CLIMB THE STAIRS. RED = I AM HAPPY WITH MYSELF AND I PUT MYSELF INTO OTHER’S PERSPECTIVES.. ORANGE = I CAN CREATE IDEAS, I IMAGINE AND DREAM OF BETTER THINGS. YELLOW = I FEEL MY OWN POWER AND USE IT FOR THE GOOD OF OTHERS AND OUR PLANET. GREEN.-I WORK FROM THE HEART. I CARE DEEPLY FOR OTHERS AND FEEL CONNECTED TO OTHERS. BLUE-I SPEAK TRUTH AND SAY WHAT I MEAN, MEAN WHAT I SAY AND DO WHAT I SAY INDIGO-I AM WISE AND I WORK FROM MY INUTITION/HIGHER-SELF. VIOLET-I AM A PART AND AM ONE WITH THE CORE. I KNOW HOW TO CREATE AND DIRECT ENERGY BEYOND MY SELF INTO AND FROM THE FIELD FOR THE GOOD OF ALL. I AM 360 DEGREE CLEAR. SEES IN THE CENTRE OF THE ROOM A STATUE OF A WOMAN. SITTING IN HER LAP IS A DIAMOND. CAN SEE ALL THE COLOURS OF THE RAINBOW SHINING FROM IT. GO OVER, TOUCH THE DIAMOND, HOLD IT IN YOUR HAND. MAKE A WISH.
