X has come up with some truly innovative ways of keeping costs down
This is a plan that X’s head Michael O'Leary is particularly keen on. Having
coin-operated toilets on flights is something the brash face of X has been
planning for some time.
 Charging for refunding tax and third-party fees
When flights are cancelled passengers have a right to claim back taxes and
other fees. But X adds a £15 administration fee, often more than the charges
themselves.
 Charging for mobile calls.
Breaking the sanctity of the plane cabin X is not only allowing mobile phone
use, it's charging £2 a minute for the pleasure of saying 'I'm on the plane, we're
just arriving at Stansted.‘
