5. • Marriage disputes, including divorce and/or out of
court settlements.

Insurance policies and claims, such as:
• Regulation of business of insurance.
• Regulation of insurance policies.
• Regulation of consumer policies and claim
handling.
• In a commercial contract, a warranty is generally
a contractual term. Breach of any warranty can give
rise to damages. Where a condition is the subject
of a contract, and the contract is not satisfied,
the contract will not be binding. If a warrant of a
fact, or state of affairs in an insurance contract, is
breached or falsified, then the insurer is discharged
from liability under the contract from that moment.
However, a breach of condition may only give rise to
a claim in damages.
