WHAT TO INCLUDE:
Reflect on the following to begin forming an Artist Statement:
• What materials, ideas/themes, subject matter etc. interest you at this point?
• How do the materials you choose to use help to communicate your ideas?
• Any artists that inspire you? What is it about them or their work that influences your own?
• What would you like to begin exploring in your artwork?

A photograph of your favorite artwork that you have created this year in class.

you want it located on your page. If you make a folder titled “sketchbook” within your uploaded files, you
can select the entire folder.)
WHAT TO INCLUDE:
At least 5 photographs of sketchbook pages that you have created this year.

1. find a picture. this can be anything! (it does not have to
actually be a picture of you!) if you are having trouble
deciding, don’t worry - you can always change it!

in iPhoto, then click File > Export and make the quality/
size smaller. then try uploading it again!
