2. Christopher Mitsugu Okamura “I was born on May 11, 1992. My hobbies include sports, video games, Rubik's cubes, anime, movies, Japanese dramas, T.V., and the list goes on and on. I consider myself a very well rounded person. Before high school, I went to Emelita Elementary School and Portola Middle School. I have a lot of friends at school and I would do anything for any of them.” “I am in Key Club and HOSA(Health Occupations Students of America) and I love them both.”
3. This is Christopher’s room he says his room is small but that’s the way he like it. He likes to travel and participate in social and academic clubs like the ones he mentioned—Key Club and H.O.S.A. He keeps almost every badge and name tag he gets from the trips he’s gone to.
4. “I am and will be always a kid at heart” says Chris after I took a picture of him in his stuffed-animal-character filled bed. He loves to collect things pertaining to anime. He says he watches many shows and reads countless manga comics. He will always be a fan of these Japanese culture.

6. You have a MASSIVE collection of Video games!!!! “Growing up I was an only child and watching anime (Japanese cartoons) was an everyday past time. But when there was no new shows out, I always played video games with my dad. My parents always bought me the newest video games since I didn’t have a sibling…thank god! 7. Chris still has his first video games. He said those hold sentimental value to him that is why he keeps them because it’s another form of remembering his happy childhood. Now that he thinks about it, he says being an only child kind of forced him to seek activities that will entertain him when he is by himself.
8. What else are your other hobbies? How about today, do you still play these games? “Some other hobbies I have are solving Rubik’s Cubes. I was always fascinated as a kid when I see people solve them. I always thought it was magic trick or something. But then I learned about algorithms and how that’s all you need to learn to solve one, I immediately got hooked!”
9. “Aside from video games, I also love sports! As you can see, I am a huge USC fan. In my spare time, I play ping pong, basketball, and football.” My friends are always happy when I invite them since I have a great backyard for sports and all the video games inside my house.
10. An online game that Chris plays currently called Starcraft 2 “Yes I still play games, but not the old ones that I kept. I play the new ones on the computer when are over at my house.”
