Field Service Operator Responsibilities:
 Provide technical knowledge to other departments and clients on Tubing conveyed
perforation and related to perforation such as slickline perforation, wireline perforation
and coil tubing perforation either at the base or location.
 Maintain excellent communicate within the crews, supervisor and base coordinator either
at the base or on site, during tool box meeting and by sending rig report or call when at
location. Being able to work as a team or alone.
 Preparing equipment or tools at the base under minimum supervision or tight schedule
such as assemble perforation and downhole tools, preparing connection and doing make
up as per clients requisition and preparing equipment according to the job listing and the
T.C.P bottom hole assembly drawing. Recorded all material or tools that need to be used
such as tools, spare part kit, special tools assembly and updated the material checklist
based on non inventory equipment at the base or order new inventory equipment from
warehouse or other location via S.A.P. Preparing paperwork for load out equipment
included updated material list and send to logistic prior to move out or ship out equipment
from the base. Maintaining client equipment inventory at warehouse or store prior for
auditing or ordering new stock based on the inventory checklist.
 Involved in high pressure equipment such as portable hydraulic torque machine or testing
equipment and being able to prepare and handling those equipment efficiency.
Maintenance all equipment has been back load from site to the base for preparation to
other location or other job.
 Attended various course such as Petronas PTW, Exxon PTW, Nippon PTW, Talisman

Machinist Responsibilities:
 Operating Okuma CNC turning LU35, LU400 and LU45 and familiar with Controller

done. Interpreting drawing before machining and ordering tools or fixture according to the
programming.
 Applying geometric tolerance and dimensioning in any job that associated to the drawing.

micrometer, Inch tape, dial bore gauges, all gage maker gauges and profile geometric
machine. Make sure the part is according to the specification in the drawing that given for

parts, or equipment housing or large equipment such as MSIPC, ESIPC, MSPCC, ES
CEMENTER, FO CEMENTER, NR SSR PLUG, SSR II PLUG, OPENING PLUG, CLOSING
PLUG, SHUTOFF PLUG, VERSAFLEX LINER HANGER, SWIVEL EQUALIZING VALVE,
